This was a wonderful stay in a beautiful property with a fantastic host. Nothing was too much trouble, super responsive. What a great experience!

Absolutely gorgeous view! Beds were nicely made with mints and stuffed animals for the kids.

Peaceful getaway with the best view! Roimata made us a warm loaf of homemade wholemeal bread! Bonus was being able to bring our puppy along! 🐶 Perfect spot to relax 😌

This is my second stay at William's lovely house. The house is super cozy, well appointed, and the views are amazing. I highly recommend it. Do pay attention to the stairs, there are a lot, but worth the effort!

Michael, We would like to thank you for affording us the opportunity to stay at your place. Getting away from the hustle and bustle of life gave us the chance to switch off, relax and take in nature. The views are amazing and getting out on the kayaks paddling around the island and visiting the smaller secluded islands like Pembles island isn’t something you get to experience often. We would also like to acknowledge and thank you for making this booking so easy. Your communication has been outstanding, directions and instructions were clear and we could not have asked for a better host. We highly recommend Micheal and staying at the Tree house at Kawau Island.

we've stayed at 6 bachs in Piha now, and this is the best. not cheap, but you get what you pay for. great facilities, great decor and lots of nice touches and location is unbeatable with views over the beach. one thing is that the upstairs and downstairs are 2 separate units both with their own bathrooms and kitchens. this would be great for 2 couples, one with a kid or two, but the levels are not internally connected. we just had it for the two of us and never went to the lower level.

It was my first family holiday since 2017. The AirBnB was a new experience for me, but the hosts were respectful and their place was wonderful! I was able to bring our 2 x dogs which was great and I took them for a walk every morning, greeting others with their dogs on the way. My adult children loved being able to hang out at the beach and sit in the hot tub or use the kayaks on offer. My husband unfortunately worked every day but was able to enjoy to peace and quiet at night. Having a washing machine was practical and saved my workload when we returned home. We visited Charlies Gelato which was yum and I was able to purchase some beautiful wine from Brick Bay vineyard. Matakana was disappointing it felt like Auckland with long lines of traffic and expensive products however, the lady at Honest Chocolate was lovely. We fished off Scotts Landing and caught 5 legal snapper. All in all, I would highly recommend this AirBnB, absolutely the best holiday in a very long time. Thank you.

The host was incredibly helpful throughout my stay, always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations for things to do in the area. The place itself was spacious, clean, and tidy - everything I could ask for in an Airbnb. The amenities were top-notch, and the decor was modern and stylish. We had an awesome time at the Beachside Bliss. Everything was just WOW. Ian made us feel right at home. The layout of the place is so kids friendly and safe. Great value for money, we didn’t have much time and were just passing through the region. For us it was perfect for the night. Nice sunset! A bit warm, but the fan helped in managing that. It fitted perfectly for me (I am 1m83), but if you’re taller then that you’re too tall. They did mention it. Btw, it says no kitchen, but there is a communal one on the park.

Wonderful stay with wonderful host. Host was really friendly and provided great suggestions for Auckland touring. The location was quiet but close to fun restaurants. The unit was spotless and beautifully decorated. Comfy bed with nice linens. Everything you might need in kitchen, bath and closet. Lots of nice hangers in closet- my pet peeve. Like staying at a nice resort. Highly recommended.

Schönes Zimmer in der Lodge. Geschirr, Besteck und Kochutensilien stehen für Lodgegäste zur Verfügung. Der Pool ist sauber und warm, die Kinder haben ihn geliebt. 😄 Die Nähe zum Strand ist wunderbar. Der Platz selbst ist sauber und aufgeräumt. Klare Weiterempfehlung von mir!

Due to a mistake with Airbnb, I had to check out later than expected but Gali was more than welcoming and accommodating. A kind, friendly and interesting host. Great location to walk down to the beach, or just hang out on the balcony and take in the views. Gorgeous, can’t wait to come back.

We loved the amazing views, which we enjoyed from the deck and from most windows in the house. Comfortable beds, spacious living areas and great functional kitchen rounded out an excellent property.

We enjoyed our stay at Fred's Place . It was in a great location a lovely well equipped unit . There is a lovely private courtyard . Fred provided extra touches including breakfast ingredients and hot cross buns . Would definitely recommend staying there .

David’s place was warm and homely. He was a very responsive and flexible host allowing us to push our booking back a day when our travel plans were impacted by the cyclone. Tidy house in a great location. I missed having a washing machine as my kids go through heaps of clothes every day however I believe guests can use the washing machine in the garage if you are staying for more than a few days.

Tina and I love that Mariette said hi and made sure we got in OK. The place was an amazing break for our busy lives running gyms. We loved it so much that we do want to come again soon. thanks again!

We loved the bay view with gorgeous early morning lighting and sunset lighting and beautiful sailboats anchored in the bay. We saw dolphins swimming across the bay from the deck. Shelly Beach was lovely, and shelly. We enjoyed our hikes and the local wineries. Sue could not have been more helpful to us. We'll be back!

Highly recommend staying at Rosie's home. It is located at the top of a peninsula, surrounded by lovely homes with ocean views and lush native bush. So quiet and private. The hot tub was a real treat. Had all the amenities one needs for cooking and a great outdoor table for enjoying leisurely meals. Very easy walk down a track to Palm Beach, Arcadia, cafe, bottle store and bus stop.

Fabulous stay in Maraetai - thank you Tina! Perfect location across from the jetty, playground and next door to the coffee shop. Great space to enjoy our family gathering. Awesome front lawn to play games and people watch.
