Fuori dal nucleo di Sobrio vi aspetta il nostro accogliente Chalet per una rilassante vacanza. Ideale per coppie e famiglie. I cani sono benvenuti e il giardino è recintato. Lo Chalet, ristrutturato in un open space, mantiene le caratteristiche tipiche di una casa rurale leventinese. Il terrazzo offre un tavolo e il grill per piacevoli pranzi e cene avvolti da un suggestivo panorama. Sole, prati, boschi e montagne accompagneranno le vostre passeggiate mentre cieli stellati, le vostre serate.

Chalet La Barona

Splendido chalet appartato in un angolo nascosto del Piemonte, al confine con la Svizzera situato a 1300 mls. Lo chalet è all'interno di in un’oasi verde di prato, pascolo e orti, circondata da una fitta foresta di pini secolari. Ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, il contatto con se stesso e la natura. La vista sui 4000 svizzeri è mozzafiato! Durante la stagione invernale, in caso di nevicate, bisognerà parcheggiare a circa 500 mt dallo chalet, vi aiuteremo volentieri con i vostri bagagli!

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und Du erreichst es in ca. 7 Gehmin. bergauf vom privaten Parkplatz oder zu Fuss vom öffentlichen Parkplatz in Canedo aus in ca. 15 Min. auf einem ebenen Weg. Es gibt keine direkte Autozufahrt.

Studio 2 mit Kochnische und Bad

Ein mini-kleines Studio, dass auf kleinstem Raum alles hat um glücklich zu sein. Wer unabhängig seine Tessin Ferien günstig verbringen will ist hier richtig. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um das Tessin zu entdecken. Der Lago Maggiore zu Füssen, die Täler und die Zentren ( Locarno, Bellinzona und Lugano) auch mit ÖV gut erreichbar. Sowie auch die Märkte in Italien mit Auto oder ÖV gut erreichbar sind. Im Winter und während der kühlen Jahreszeit, empfehle ich das Studio nur für eine Person!

Ampia zona giorno silenziosa e luminosa, con stufa a legna, bagno con doccia e balcone al 1° piano; camera matrimoniale, cameretta con letto a castello e lettino bebè, bagno con vasca, ripostiglio e cortile esclusivo al pianterreno. Nello chalet tutto funziona ad elettricità; i consumi relativi all'energia elettrica non sono compresi nel prezzo.

The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

La nostra roulotte si trova a 1200 metri sul livello del mare con una fantastica vista sull'intera valle e sulle montagne circostanti. La roulotte si trova su una strada privata utilizzata solo da noi. Nei dintorni del villaggio ci sono diverse possibilità di escursioni. La roulotte è arredata in modo semplice. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e Il bagno si trova all'esterno della roulotte e a 100 m di distanza in un edificio. Piano di Campo è raggiungibile con l'autobus.

Casa Cincilla über dem Lago Maggiore

Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

It is part of an ancient house situated in the romantic village of S.Agata at just fifteen minutes drive from the center of Cannobbio.
