Located on the 4th floor at the St Regis Resort, this lovely, 1 bed, 2 bath (pullout sofa) condo has picturesque views of the inter coastal waterway through the windows and a beautiful view of the ocean on private balcony. The many amenities include: workout room with dry sauna, outdoor pool with cabana serving breakfast and lunch, heated pool, basketball/pickleball, playground, bocce ball, putting green, coffee & ice cream shop, arcade and a bar and grill. Spectacular water views and a shared dock for fishing, kayaks, etc. Just a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Topsail island. Wood look luxury vinyl plank flooring and coastal decor make this a comfortable retreat. There are two designated parking spots.
