Loved the place felt very much at home. I love that it was very child friendly. Had toys and other things for the children to play. We also really enjoyed the board games that were available to use. We had a great weekend.

The Airbnb was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal, we could easily walk to Old Town Monrovia, which is a charming and fun area to explore. We had no complaints at all. There was plenty of street parking, the beds were comfortable, and the home was well-stocked with thoughtful extras. There was lots of coffee and everything we needed for cooking, which made it feel even more like home.

My kids and I enjoyed our weekend at Hugo’s place we felt at home very comfortable and we made some good memories there we would definitely book again in the future. It was kid friendly with building blocks, and other outdoor activities stored in the garage we enjoyed the backyard space as well.

My family loved this Airbnb! The home was VERY clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make dinner and coffee in the morning. The yard is huge and our one dog enjoyed it very much. It's also in a great location, close to many different restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

It’s a very cozy place, absolutely wonderful pillows and mattresses (really appreciated it). Multiple minor things (as cotton pads for example) were provided for us - so we would not think about those basic items. Thank you very much for having us!

This is my second time booking this air bnb and it was just as good as the first time. Location was perfect and still relatively close to LA and other areas.

We had a wonderful stay at Kayla’s apartment! The space was beautiful, very clean, and had a perfect balance of modern design with just the right amount of charm. Kayla was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better! We walked to the Warner Bros. Studios and explored several great restaurants in the area. It’s also close to everything—Burbank Airport, Hollywood Blvd, WeHo, and NoHo were all just a short drive away. One of my favorite parts of the mornings was waking up to the sound of birds singing—it was such a peaceful way to start the day. You can even see the WB Studios right from the window! There's construction across the street, but it wasn’t too disruptive during our stay. The convenient parking in the back was also a big plus. The only small suggestion I’d make is to consider adding blackout window treatments in the bedroom—the morning sun is quite bright. Other than that, everything was fantastic and we’

Maxime's apartment was incredible, extremely clean and with wonderful amenities in the building. I do appreciated the last minute accommodations at such a late hour. Downtown LA is not the best area in general but Maxime's apartment is a little piece of heaven amongst the chaos of downtown area.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and a great selection of restaurants. The space itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and inviting from the moment I arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

This apartment is one of the most comfortable and affordable airbnbs I’ve been, excluding the area and city it’s in. Inside of the airbnb was very clean, quiet, and easy access. Compound Capital was very quick to respond, nice, respectful, and instructions were very clear.

This tiny cabin in the woods was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. It was the perfect spot to unwind and connect with nature. Cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed—such a magical little retreat. Highly recommended! During our stay, my partner cooked some amazing meals for us—it made the experience even more special. We also really enjoyed the games you provided and spent a lot of time playing them together. One of the highlights was watching the birds around the cabin—it was so peaceful and calming. Brendan's cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway. The cabin had everything we could possible need and provided a wonderful view. I definitely recommend booking this place for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

We had the opportunity of staying at this home over the weekend and when I tell you it felt like home LITERALLY Felt like home. This home made the right Fit for us all so We surely enjoyed of it plus got to be out and about on the snow! If you’re seeking a family home plus some nature around? This is the right home to book!

My family and I had a great time. The home offers a wonderful cabin feel which is what we were looking for. During our last day, there was a large snow storm that came through, closing several roads in the process. Mike and I communicated about extending our stay if we were unable to travel due to the weather. Mike was helpful and willing to extend our stay for a discount. Fortunately we were able to safely navigate the roads. I also want to give a shoutout to the full time neighbors in the area that assisted us with snow blowing the driveway after the plows came through and put up a 3’ wall in front of our car. They were very helpful and nice. Overall we had a great stay and would stay there again in the future.

Enjoyed staying here! Easy check in, very cute and well decorated house with well stocked kitchen. One caveat is that we came with a baby in the wintertime and the lack of central heat made it difficult to keep the house warm enough throughout the night for the baby (dropped to 56 degrees). We still really enjoyed our stay here and would return without baby! One of the best air bnbs I have stayed in :)

What an incredible cabin! Very cozy and spacious for everyone to enjoy. The beds were super comfortable. The cabin is not far from the Lake Arrowhead village and Santa’s Village, which was perfect. 10/10 would recommend to others and will definitely come back for another stay.

This place is awesome! We have stayed here twice, and it never disappoints. It is super charming and a short, easy hike to the Village. We did the hike with two twelve-year-old kiddos, and they loved the trek. Only about a 25-minute walk into the village. Access to the lake is easy and close. Heather provides great instructions and a wonderful welcome pamphlet with things to do. There is a super well-stocked market nearby that was only about a 2-minute drive. The place is impeccable with everything you need. My only recommendation would be an air fryer, otherwise, it really has everything. The beds are extremely comfy, and the decor is really cute. The TV has access to a lot of paid apps that were a great touch. She even had extra toothbrushes and brushes (all new and individually packaged) under the bathroom sink. The kids enjoyed swinging on the tree swing while the adults enjoyed snacks on the patio. So relaxing! Heater also worked great. Definitely recommend.
