Vakantiewoningen nabij een strand in Općina Ražanac

Skvělé místo, pomalu soukromá pláž. Nebyl problém se psy, proto tam i každý ubytovany měl sveho mazlíčka. Venčit se dalo kousek přes silnici za barákem. Přes silnici je i nově supermarket. Paní domácí neumí anglicky, ale vždy jsme se nějak domluvili. Byla velmi milá. Děkujeme za krásný týden

We stayed at LaVida Penthouse for two nights and it was amazing! The Penthouse is new and the interior is very modern. The terrace is unique, the view is breath taking and is even much bigger the it seemed on photos. We enjoyed the jacuzzi on the terrace and the sauna inside. The bedroom we used was very comfortable had an en suite bathroom and a wonderful sea view but there are more bedrooms which are also wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet with just a few houses around. Location is great if you plan to explore Zadar county because it's close to the Highway (13km), to Zadar, Nin, island Pag. We're definitely satisfied with our choice and will recommend it to our family & friends we are looking forward to come back for an longer stay. Thank you Martina!

Nous avons loué ce logement pour une nuit. Malheureusement , la chambre n’étais plus disponible. L’hôte nous a proposé si cela nous convenait de loger dans leur maison dans leur chambre. On avait la possibilité d’annuler la réservation. Pour une nuit, cela nous allait très bien. Maison magnifique. Face à la mer et les falaises. Un jardin magnifique avec des figues, tomates, citron , etc ! Nous avons été accueilli avec un sirop bien frais ainsi que de la pastèque fraîchement coupée et des figues du jardin. Un très bon accueil chaleureux de la part de cette famille. Ils ont tout fait pour qu’on soit le mieux possible malgrès l’annulation de la chambre. Nous avons dormi dans leur chambre. Le lit est confortable. Il faisait chaud , mais dans la location initiale prévue il y a une climatisation. Merci pour votre accueil !

Bio sam na kratkom odmoru u Dalmaciji i odsjeo u Apartment Cape u mirnom naselju u blizini otoka Paga. Vlasnici su bili vrlo ljubazni i osjećao sam se ugodno tijekom boravka. Ovo je potpuno novi stan koji je moderno opremljen i jako uredan. Sve je kao na fotografijama, čak i ljepše uživo. Uživao sam u dvorištu s pogledom na more a zalazak sunca je bio čaroban. Svakako se planiram vratiti na ljeto.

Eine klare Empfehlung! Sehr nette Gastgeber, persönlicher Empfang und Super Kommunikation! Sehr hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen, viele hilfreiche Tipps um die Gegend zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt! Die Solardusche war der Hit! Die Feigen immer sehr lecker und frisch! Wir waren super zufrieden und würden gerne wiederkommen! Blazenka und Iva sind tolle Gastgeber! Hvala🤍

Minden rendben volt. Pici a konyha és a fürdő, de ezt tudtuk előre. Egyedül a főzőlapot kellene kicserélni, mert a kávé is egy óra főtt le és a fele ki se jött. Egyébként tiszta volt, jó helyen van. Aranyos volt nagyon a hölgy.

Very cosy house in olive garden, big rooms, nice terrace, quiet landscape, beautiful view, few steps from the beach. We enjoyed the stay very much. Karlo is a very friendly, nice and communicative host. I can recommend staying in this location to anyone who wants peace and quiet, I wouldn't mind spending my vacation here again

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation home! The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful and close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The host was incredibly hospitable and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor space was a great bonus, offering a lovely area to relax and enjoy the scenery. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our vacation and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway .

Ich war mit meinen Kindern und Mann bei Damir zuhause. Es war sehr angenehm und sehr schön. Die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spass im Pool und auch am Strand. Damir ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Da wir spät angekommen sind, hat er uns abgeholt am Supermarkt und zu sich nachhause geführt. Die Mama hat uns am nächsten Tag frische Crêpes vorbei gebracht und als sie gegrillt haben hat er für uns extra frischen Fisch gegrillt. Eine sehr herzliche Familie und ein sehr schönes Haus. Danke Damir für die schöne Zeit ☺️!

Das Haus ist liebevoll mit kleinen Details eingerichtet und Vesna hat irgendwie an alles gedacht. Die Aussicht ist ein Wahnsinn, die Lage ruhig, wir haben extra gut geschlafen und alles ist in TopZustand und Vesna wirklich zuvorkommend und freundlich. Besser geht’s kaum 🤩

Wir sind 2 h früher eingetroffen als geplant aber wir konnten Andrej eine Stunde vor Ankunft informieren und durften dann schon früher einchecken. Das Haus war sauber und etwas zu essen und trinken war schon für uns im Kühlschrank. Ein Angestellter von Andrej hat uns alles erklärt und kam auch jeden Morgen in der Früh als noch alle geschlafen haben um den Pool sauber zu machen. Im Haus kann man die Spülmaschine benutzen und auch die Waschmaschine, tabs und Spülmittel ist schon da gewesen. Außen schaltet sich die Beleuchtung automatisch am Abend an und lässt sich leider nicht manuell ausschalten was an machen Zimmern von draußen dann rein scheint. In der Nähe gibt es gleich ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker, die jeden Tag auf haben. Nach Pag sind es ca 30 min, dort ist auch die nächste Tankstelle und größere Supermärkte. Zum Meer sind es von der Wohnung nur 5 min zu Fuß und man kann auch ohne badeschuhe direkt ins Wasser gehen. Alles in allem kann man hier super urlaub machen. Gerne wieder!

Das Haus von Nataša und Niko war genau wie wir es von den Bildern erwartet haben. Beide waren sehr freundlich und leicht zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sowohl drinnen als auch draußen sehr schön eingerichtet und war super sauber. Je nach Jahreszeit kann es sehr windig sein. Lediglich das deutsche und kroatische Zeitgefühl ist ein etwas anderes, was wir bei An- und Abreise bemerkt haben :) Niko hat für jede Aktivität einen passenden Kontakt und versorgt mit vielen tollen Tipps in der Umgebung.

Ich war mit meinen Freunden für zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft im Urlaub und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Man ist sehr gut an das Meer angebunden und ist mit dem Auto in 30 Minuten in Zadar. Es gibt nicht viele Touristen was dem Ort sehr ruhig macht. Die Leute die da waren waren alle sehr freundlich und offen. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen :)

We really enjoyed our holidays in this house. The house was spotless clean. There was everything that we needed in the house. The beds are very comfortable. The host was very helpful and answered all our questions. Nobody disturbed us during our stay, the whole house was at our disposal.

The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

My family stayed here for four weeks. Mirjana's house was perfect for a long stay because the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You may find more supplies than you expect. Since we are Asian, making Western dishes isn't always easy, but the kitchen tools made it much easier. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and her sister, who lives on the floor right below, was always ready to help. The house is near Borik Beach, which is great fun for kids. We'd love to come back here someday. Thank you 😊

This place is amazing, everything what you need on holiday - beautiful view, swimming pool, sea and mountains. The apartment was alsow graet and very cozy, just like home 🙂 Perfect place for unforgettable vacation. Thank You!

Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Lage, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Das Apartment liegt in einer Apartment Anlage. Wir hatten Glück und waren die meiste Zeit alleine in der Bucht. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, doch oberhalb der Bucht verläuft eine Straße auf der während unseres Aufenthalts tagsüber sehr viele Motorrad Fahrer unterwegs waren. Abends und in den frühen Morgen Stunden war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit bei Christian sehr genossen.

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

Děkujeme za skvělou dovolenou v Kožinu, v moc hezkém a útulném ubytování, s možností procházek podél pobžeží a výběrem mnoha míst ke koupání. Stephanie reagovala na zprávy ihned a vyřešila vše co jsme potřebovali. Mohu jen doporučit.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - die Wohnung war sauber, geräumig und modern. Wir haben die Terrasse mit der wunderbaren Aussicht auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang geliebt. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Nin, Zadar, bzw. die Erkundung der vielseitigen Landschaft mit dem Fahrrad oder E-Scooter optimal. Ein schöner Sandstrand ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren absolut lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
