Clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Located just down the street from a large park, grocery store and some restaurants just a couple miles away. Host was prompt to respond to any questions or concerns.

Helpful and responsive. We had a lovely visit and appreciated having our adult kids out for a barbecue and games poolside during our visit

Absolutely beautiful home, well stocked and loved the kids rooms having toys. Backyard was amazing and loved it day and night. Waterfall feature is so peaceful every morning.

My family really enjoyed staying at Sam’s place - the pool was perfect, the house was super clean and comfortable, Sam was responsive with answers to our questions, the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spotless. The open space right next to the house was a highlight for taking morning walks.

Gorgeous private hidden oasis, stunning heated pool with waterfall, amazing main house, and an incredible pool house all under a canopy of trees. Such a tranquil and wonderful experience. Located seconds from historic downtown Folsom and in a gem of a historic neighborhood. Was able to bring my dogs and my husband and I chose to solely retreat to the fabulous pool house. We had smart cooling / heating, 1 large bathroom with bath tub shower, a half bath in the living room with a gigantic smart tv, a beautiful large dining table with chairs and a bench, a wonderful kitchen with an island, two large balconies, and a gigantic king bed with wood bed frame, also a washer and dryer. The main house was just as phenomenal and bigger, however we chose to stay in the pool house because it was more intimate and cozy for just me, my husband, and dogs. Douglas was an outstanding host and the property is an absolute treasure. I will come back again and will add to my secret list of Airbnbs.

Sheila’s home is truly magical. Every detail of the space is thoughtful, warm, and inviting. It’s clear how much love and care went into creating such a peaceful retreat. From the cozy interiors to the beautiful surroundings, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheila was communicative, kind, and welcoming from start to finish. We left feeling recharged and already dreaming of our next stay. A truly special place hosted by a truly special person.

Loved this place. So peaceful and quiet. The house was so nice and clean. Everything in the descriptions was accurate. Stayed for a weekend with my family and pets. We really couldn’t spend time outside in the backyard because of the rain, but the when it stopped raining for a bit we did go out and saw how pretty it was. It has a nice grass area and lots of trees. I would stay in this house when I visit Sacramento again.

This house is perfect for one or two people and a great long term option. My week-long stay was perfect. Working remotely, I enjoyed the dedicated work space. I also appreciated the well appointed kitchen and the amazing bathroom, full of amenities, which you have to see to believe. The loft bedroom is accessible via a narrow winding staircase, which was a little scary for me, but totally worth it because the bed was a dream. Great communication and lots of extras. Would 10/10 recommend

Rental was perfect! Easy to find, everything I needed inside and Jenny was very responsive and helpful.

This was the cutest bungalow! We had such a wonderful stay. Adolfo and Stevie were super proactive, giving us all the info we needed, and super great suggestions for local food and drinks. The location is super walkable with tons of great options 1/4 to 1/2 mile from the house. We loved this place and can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay at Cameron’s place! Very comfortable and Cameron was very responsive to our requests.

Very clean and peaceful home. Equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The horses were beautiful to see from the window every morning. They accepted our pets and home was pet friendly- their dogs do roam the property but pretty much stayed away from the guesthouse. Convenient and safe location! Would definitely stay again. This back unit of the duplex gave my family & I the peace and quiet we needed! Off the bat, Alicia the host was welcoming, friendly and excellent in answering my concerns about the house being a duplex with occupants in the next unit. I was worried about noise level. In truth, we didn’t hear or see anyone from arrival to departure. Large screen tv made movie night fun, as well as game night with provided board games. Check out chores was only to load dishwasher, collect used towels and take out trash. The steep driveway, the neighbors and being close to the road weren’t an issue for us. The pool and jacuzzi put us on chill & relax mode upon arrival.
