The house 100 meters from the sea invites to beautiful experiences in a wonderful environment, relaxation and peacefulness. The house has 3 floors, only 2 floors (ground floor+basement) are in use for you. Nobody is using the upper floor. 700 meters to the nearest swimming beach. Rowing boat below the house. Common outdoor sauna, 10€/time.

A cosy little stockhouse_the archipelago of Vöyri

Over 100 years old stockhouse in a little village in the archipelago of Maxmo in Vöyri. The atmosphere is calm and quiet in the village. The place is 10 km from the local center and 40 km from the city center of Vaasa, the capital of the Pohjanmaa/Österbotten county. The region is about 50:50 bilingual finnish-swedish speaking, but the archipelago is nearly 100 % Swedish speaking. Many people speak both languages. English is a common foreign language. You get by with english very well.

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. Viihtyisä v. 2019 valmistunut mökki, jossa majoittuu mukavasti 6 hlöä nauttien kauniista järvimaisemasta. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa parisänky (160 cm), toisessa 2 parisänkyä (140 cm) kerrossänkynä. Mökissä suihku ja vesi-wc. Rantaterassilla pieni katos, kaasugrilli ja ruokapöytä. Tynnyrisaunan yhteydessä kylpytynnyri ja terassi, jolle paistaa upeasti ilta-aurinko. Ranta on matala ja sopii myös lapsille. Tontti rauhallinen ja sitä suojaa puusto naapureilta. Ei lemmikkejä.

Huoneisto sijaitsee suuremman ulkorakennuksen päädyssä yläkerrassa ja sillä on oma piha-alue ja terassi. Majoitustilaa on 4-6 aikuiselle.
