The villa is surrounded by a 1500 sq m garden with pines, Mediterranean plants and flowers, and includes a private sandy beach directly bordering the sea.It is composed of a living room, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed and two bathrooms (one of which in a small external structure). Rilassati e ricaricati in quest'oasi di quiete ed eleganza. Fior di Roccia è un luogo intimo e raffinato sulla baia di Santo Stefano. Quattro camere con letti matrimoniali, tutte con grandi vetrate, balcone e vista mare. Ampio soggiorno e sala da pranzo con vista sul giardino e la baia. Cucina spaziosa completamente attrezzata. Tocchi contemporanei di design si alternano a pezzi di modernariato. Il giardino è un osservatorio privilegiato della vivacità della baia con varie zone relax.

Incantevole villetta indipendente al centro di Ansedonia, con ampia vista panoramica sul golfo dell'Argentario, dotata di spazioso parcheggio privato coperto, veranda in cotto con tenda estensibile ed atrezzatura da giardino per piacevoli giornate di relax. Casale in pietra in Val D’Orcia

Casale toscano del '800 con pietre a vista immerso nella meravigliosa campagna Toscana con uno splendido panorama sulla Val di Chiana. E' circondato da un parco di 6 ettari con un uliveto di 300 piante. Si trova a Sarteano, nel paese, un antico borgo medioevale con un castello da sogno, conosciuto per il Festival della Musica e del Jazz che si svolge alla fine dell'estate. Siamo nella bellissima Val d'Orcia, patrimonio naturale dell'umanità dall'UNESCO dal 2004.

Capalbio, estate 2026!

La casa ha una meravigliosa terrazza panoramica,con cucina esterna e vista meravigliosa sulle spiagge, il mare di Capalbio e l' Argentario! Possiede: aria condizionata, ottimo collegamento wi-fi , parcheggio privato, giardino ed è dotata di tutti i comfort per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza o per lavorare da remoto.
