Dom jest wynajmowany gościom tylko w lecie, w pozostałe miesiące mieszkają tu właściciele - od razu widać i czuć ten domowy klimat i charakter. Można się poczuć jak w domu, kuchnia jest maksymalnie wyposażona. Układ domu, przestronny tears i duże patio pozwalają na wygodne funkcjonowanie 6 osób. Jest ogródek warzywny, ładnie utrzymane rośliny ogrodowe i kwiaty. Dom w serwisie Airbnb wystawia agencja, ale gości witają i obsługują właściciele domu - przesympatyczni i bardzo pomocni. Wielokrotnie podczas pobytu ugościli nas własnymi produktami - warzywami, jajkami z pobliskiego kurnika i pyszną oliwą. Basen i jacuzzi są regularnie czyszczone. Dom położony w spokojnej części wyspy, co jest dużym atutem. W pobliżu (dojazd autem, ale nie ma problemu z parkowaniem) są śliczne kameralne, kamieniste plaże. W Selca jest duży wygodnymarket spożywczy.

Przepiękny dom, idealne miejsce na rodzinny wypoczynek dla kilku rodzin, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, łazienki i sypialnie czyste i komfortowe, świetny basen oraz miejsce do grillowania, przestronne lobby do spędzania czasu na zewnątrz, ogród przytulny. Obiekt zgodny z opisem. Czuliśmy się tu jak we własnym domu. Okolica spokojna, bardzo blisko sklep spożywczy oraz kilka restauracji. Gospodarze bardzo mili, komunikatywni i pomocni. Polecamy to miejsce !

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem sehr schönem Haus, erste Reihe zum Meer. Gerade mal 20 Schritte ins Glasklare Wasser. Wir waren 7 Leute, die 4 Schlafzimmer sind bis auf eines mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet. Auch alle anderen Fenster mit Insektenschutz, in einem Schlafzimmer befand sich ein Fernseher und Klimaanlage, auch beide Wohnzimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage (und Fernseher,) somit war es im Haus immer angenehm kühl. Beide Küchen sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten bietet durch die vielen Bäume viel Schatten , auch die wunderbare riesige Terrasse an der wie täglich unsere Mahlzeiten zu uns nahmen, war dank der großen schattigen Weinlaube perfekt. Der Whirlpool war sehr sauber und angenehm, auch darin verbrachten wir schöne Stunden. Mit unserem Hund gab es auch keine Probleme da das ganze Grundstück eingezäunt ist. Ins Lebensmittelgeschäft, Restaurant, Bäcker waren es ca. 5 Gehminuten. Spitzen Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Gastgeber war top

Andrija is an amazing host. He helped us find his home and welcomed us with wine, recommended a great local restaurant - even calling them for us, and made sure to show us how various parts of the house worked. The home itself is situated on a beautiful cove. The weather did not cooperate to allow us to swim but our kids had fun playing around the yard and at the water's edge. This neighborhood is quiet and not much going on but an easy drive to towns with shops / restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastyczne miejsce! Z pewnością będziemy chcieli wrócić. Wszystko zgodne z opisem, przepiękny widok z tarasu, parking przy budynku, 20m do plaży, pralka oraz suszarka dzięki czemu można wyprać rzeczy. Obok małe knajpki, sklep, zdecydowanie warto przyjechać tu na dłużej!

We and our dog had a wonderful stay at Marta's place. The house is beautiful and has a nice garden. Our favorite spot was the terrace overlooking the bay, very nice to enjoy coffee in the morning, to do yoga, reading a book or to have aperitivo. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and well-kept. There is a quite lovely walk along the seaside (1 min to the swimming spot and beach bar, 10 min to old town and 15 min to the ferry / bigger supermarket). The car can stay on the main road as the villa has no private parking spot. But this was no problem for us. Marta is a friendly and responsive host. Would definitely book again if returning to Hvar - highly recommended if you want to feel at home from the beginning.

The villa was incredible! Fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the hot tub and the views from the terraces. The little village is right there. We only drove when we wanted to explore other nearby villages. Very close to Korcula. The hosts were extremely gracious to me and my family. If we ever return we will certainly stay here again!

We had the best time at Villa Ruzmarin! Antonia is a wonderful host and took exceptionally good care of us. She gave recommendations on local businesses and restaurants, helped us with reservations and had useful contacts to local tour organizers etc. The villa is very well furnished and nicely decorated. There was ample room for the 8 of us (4 adults, 4 kids). The heated pool is a definite bonus, we enjoyed it immensely! There is also a proper Finnish-type sauna. We can warmly recommend booking Villa Ruzmarin for your stay in Makarska!

A must-stay! We enjoyed our time very much at this house. For one week we were living like royalties (it felt like). A wonderful pool, our own barbecue place and such a spacious villa. Beautiful trails right outside the house and the most amazing view. In addition Josko and his wife were excellent hosts, beyond what you can expect. Cannot brag about this place enough!

We had a great time at Tanja's place. The house was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals ourselves. We were there in late December, so the area was very quiet, and most restaurants closed, which was fine for us because we wanted a quiet vacation as a family. The heated pool was fantastic and the indoors section great in winter. The water was warm enough for our toddler to play in for some time. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Som flere andre har sagt så var det en ubetinget overraskelse å komme til dette luksuriøse huset hvor man har tenkt på hver minste detalj. Det gode bassenget med gode solsenger og boblebadet var spesielt populært. De store balkongene på hver leilighet var også et stort pluss. Eneste minus var at huset ligger såpass langt fra sjøen med en bratt bakke opp. Men er man ung og ellers god til beins så er det helt greit.

Beautiful villa and location. Mirjana is an excellent host, incredibly helpful and always on hand if you need anything. Would recommend staying to everyone and I will hopefully be back in the future.
