Chalets in Oregon

We had a great stay in the house of Sue! We especially loved the view from the deck on the river. Although the house is on a resort, it is really quiet, because it is on the edge of the resort. But it is still easy to enjoy the pools and sport facilities on the park, with even one pool within a short walking distance. The house itself is really comfortable and all the amenities are there. Sue is a great host, she was very responsive.

Every year for my husband’s birthday, we rent this type of cabin at Eagle Crest. This one was very clean and comfortable. The carpet seemed new and the beds were very nice. We enjoyed hiking Smith Rock, Cline Butte and Steelhead Falls and then coming back to a super clean hot tub. The stargazing was phenomenal. I agree with other guests that having to check in at the lodge where they couldn’t find my name was less convenient than having a key code on the door, but it ended up ok since I had the confirmation email. If you plan on cooking at all, I’d advise future guests to bring any pantry supplies like oil (only salt and pepper were provided) and any foil, baggies, etc. I only mention this because I never know if I need to bring these things. Otherwise, the house has everything we needed to enjoy three nights in this beautiful area. I’d stay here again.

Elk View Lodge did not disappoint. It comfortably fit our group of 4 adults and 8 children. We had loads of beautiful snow outside and a cozy and pristine home inside for our long weekend away! Michelle was incredibly responsive and helpful. We will definitely be coming back— hopefully next time for a summertime trip to explore all the hiking, biking and rafting in the area.

We had a great stay. The house was extremely clean and well stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, coffee/teas and other thoughtful touches.

Such a comfy home with beautiful surroundings! We had a great first impression - even though we drove up after dark, instructions were super clear and we saw it right away as Hayden and Emily thoughtfully left some lights on for us, making us feel instantly at home pulling up. It was just as inviting inside - cozy cabin-like feel, comfortable furniture, very well equipped all around, with thoughtful anticipation of guests’ needs (thanks for even putting water out for our thirsty pup), and things were well labeled and easy to find. Hayden and Emily were also extremely quick in responding to any correspondence, though little was needed, as they prepared things so well. Really enjoyed our stay, and were also pleasantly surprised by how many good restaurant options there were nearby, too! We’ll definitely be back!! Thanks for a terrific family vacation spot!

My friends and I stayed 4 nights here. We really enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, hot tub, bbq, patio with string lights. Beds and pillows were comfy. We also enjoyed the Marshall Bluetooth speaker. We utilized the poker chip set. Kitchen had plenty of things at our disposal. We would stay again in the future! Thanks!

We had a great time staying at Altitude Adjustment! Really cool place and layout, with plenty of room for everyone. Close walk to Government Camp and Skibowl. House is stocked with everything needed to have a fun, relaxing time! We will stay here again during our next trip to Mt. Hood!

Would stay here again in a heartbeat, and probably will. It’s always a nice surprise when it’s better than the pictures/description. They pay so much attention to detail and make sure they go above and beyond to have everything you could need and want. Things that they could get away with not having, but choose to pay the money and spend the time to make sure you have it. It may sound silly but there was ice, q-tips, shampoo, conditioner, tampons/pads, etc;. Plenty of towels, propane, kitchen is fully stocked to cook. We couldn’t find a remote, it was late at night so I almost didn’t message but I did and they responded almost immediately. I messaged another time and got an immediate response. Anyways, I HIGHLY recommend staying here! It’s beautiful and has everything you could want and need. The theater is awesome, the game room, the views, the beds are soooooo comfy!!!!!!!!! You’re in great hands here!!

This was our second stay here and we have fallen even more in love with it. Great location. Perfectly furnished with very comfortable beds! We love sitting around the coffee table playing games together as a family with the fire burning in the fireplace. It’s just perfect.

We absolutely loved our families stay at Anthony’s house in Sunriver! There’s so much to do and the house was perfect for our family. we would ABSOLUTELY stay here again! Highly recommend! Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic trip! Govy was fun, and the location of the house was wonderful. I loved the creek outside, and there was lots of fun stuff to do in the house. Allison’s suggestions were helpful and made our stay even better. I really can’t say enough good things about our stay at Allison’s place. Definitely looking forward to staying here in the future.

Jacob’s AirBNB was amazing! I have never been to a place that was so well thought. Fridge and pantry was really well stocked. All rooms and bedrooms were really clean. Our group of friends really loved the stay. Highly recommend this anyone and everyone!!

This chalet is a classic Oregon Coast icon just off of 101 near Beverly Beach. Private and the loft with a comfortable firm king bed even has a space to work. Kitchen was well stocked. Great for our dog who loved being just a short walk through the woods from the Ocean. There are also places to have picnics and gatherings along the walk to the beach. It's on a truly spectacular part of the Coast. Described accurately and we will be back!

My favorite part of our stay was that we’re literally next to the Devils Punchbowl! One of my top stops when I’m on the coast. This was a very ideal location with kids, Newport wasn’t far at all and we had our own access down to the beach. Plus you can walk to Devils Punchbowl if that suits your fancy. The caretaker on site was super friendly and even brought some chalk over for my kids to use. The host was extremely quick to respond when I needed help with the wifi. My kids had the time of their life sleeping in the loft, so I know this is a trip they won’t forget. We’d love to come back for our next coastal trip. I will mention there was no spatula! I didn’t realize until I was making pancakes for our breakfast and had to get creative LOL. I have Celiacs so we cook a lot of our meals when we travel, but with that said the home was very clean when we arrived and I was very comfortable cooking and prepping all our meals in house. So bring a spatula if you cook like we do!

Great stay at the very nostalgic Alpine Chalets! John and Heather were excellent hosts and made our stay wonderful - the perfect spot for great Oregon coast trip!

Absolutely loved our stay at this charming Alpine rental in Otter Rock, OR! From the moment we arrived, the space felt incredibly cozy and welcoming—like a true home away from home. It was the perfect retreat for us during a family wedding weekend. The rental offered just the right amount of privacy, tucked away in a peaceful area with easy beach access just a short stroll away. What made the stay even more special was discovering that my husband had stayed in this exact area as a child—completely by coincidence! It felt so meaningful to share that connection and create new memories together in a place that already held sentimental value for him. Everything about the rental was thoughtfully prepared and comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. We highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the Oregon Coast—whether you’re attending an event, taking a romantic getaway, or just looking to slow down and soak in the beauty of Otter Rock. We’d come back in a heartbeat!
