Our stay at Coquina Castle was wonderful! The ocean views were breathtaking! Sunrises were beautiful! Our host Erica was so gracious and accommodating. The home had everything we could possibly need with plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed St Augustine, Palm Coast, fishing, spring training baseball and so many other things the area has to offer. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and we will stay here again when we are in the Palm Coast area. Thank you Erica! You’re a wonderful host!

We had a wonderful week staying at this location. Great location, quiet and safe neighborhood, close walk to the beach with everything needed for fun on the beach. The kitchen supplied all that we needed for our meal preps. It was a pleasure to lounge on the deck and listen to the sounds of the ocean. A great stay.

Had a blast with our adult family of 7 this past week! Close to all local restaurants! Beach was very private and free of rocks which was awesome compared to other beach houses we’ve stayed at. The pool table and the hot tub were big hits with the family ! Jeffrey was very responsive when we had a small weather related problem! House is a little older and could use some minor updates and maybe some replacement beach chairs but i don’t think it takes away from the overall experience! Highly recommend!

The home was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group of adults and teens. The large primary space was especially serene with views of the ocean. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch, walks on the beach, dinner out at fantastic food spots, and coffee and pastries at local coffee shops. We also dined in a couple times and enjoyed a family dinner at the large kitchen table . The location was perfect. We would go back!

Our family had a memorable stay at this beautiful property. We walked less than 10 minutes south to dinner at the Golden Lion, an afternoon ice cream at Sally's, and Easter Sunrise Service at the park. We walked a little further north to an amazing brunch at Java Joint, but we mostly soaked up the incredible view. The furniture, even on the patio, is all designed for comfort. Couch has dual electric recliners built in, the beds are all pillow top, and the lounge chairs on the sun deck are delightful for catching rays or a nap! Extraordinary kitchen is fully stocked and is loaded with prep space. This property is posh in every sense, but the thoughtful touches really set this rental apart from others. Lovely soaps, quality linens, plush towels, beach towels and chairs, substantial outdoor grill, a high top table oceanside porch to ensure views, back porch with large ceiling fans for reading a book or a private conversation, and my twenty somethings raved about the gaming system, raved!

Great hosts! Very communicative and helpful. The house was adorable - comfortable beds - so many little extras and thoughtful touches. 10/10!

This was a great location with an easy walk to restaurants. A great view and easy access to the beach. Very clean and well done. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place at walking distance to the beach. Can get anywhere else within a 15 mins radius via car as well. Lawrence was very friendly and the house was very cozy. We would definitely go back

We had a wonderful time during our stay. There were plenty of beds to accommodate our large group. We had some issues with the hot tub heating but the daily morning walks on the beach at sunrise were priceless! Excellent location, great restaurants close by, safe and cozy! We highly recommend!

We had an amazing weekend at this beach house! The home was perfect for our family — we spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful pool, relaxing in the spa, and making great use of the BBQ area. The beach is just a short walk away and felt very peaceful and private, which made it even more special. The location is super convenient too, with a Publix just an 8-minute drive away for anything we needed. Inside, the house is stocked with plenty of board games and TVs, which made it easy to keep everyone entertained. It was a perfect, relaxing getaway and we would definitely love to come back!

The house was perfect for our family. Had a great size pool, lots of extras outside and inside. It was the perfect place to relax and a quick walk to the beach. I would recommend a wagon or stroller if you have smaller kids to get to and from the beach. We really enjoyed our time here.

As advertised, the home was in very good condition. All instructions were clear for an easy check-in and checkout. Very well supplied kitchen and appliances were clean a looked like new. New gas grill worked perfectly. Lots of room outside to enjoy and very private. Golf cart was plus for transportation to the beach. Also, easy walking distance to Debra Jean’s Cafe was a nice surprise. Excellent food and coffee selections. Overall, an exceptional stay. Thank You.

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Jamie is an amazing host! Her communication is on point and her response times were fantastic. We got into town a little bit earlier than our check-in (about an hour early) and Jamie got back to me right away and activated our code. The house and amenities are as listed. The neighborhood is quiet, which we enjoyed, especially with 4 kids 6 and under. It's a 2 minute ride to the beach access parking at Mary St. Ramp, and a few of us walked it as well (very easy walk). The pool was great to come back to, and Jamie adjusted the hot tub schedule to meet our needs for the week. It's a very easy ride into St. Augustine (historic area) and also up the A1A (good restaurants and ice cream and a publix coming soon). The cuban place up the street from the house, was awesome for coffee and a quick snack on the way to the beach as well. We would absolutely stay here again (all 11 of us), and I would absolutely work with Jamie again.

Thankyou for a wonderful trip. You were a host that we will remember for a long timw. Your place was perfect for our trip. More spacious than it looks. But most of all, you were the kindest, most proactive host we've ever had. And check-in was a breeze and so well explained. And for ONCE the check out instructions were WONDERFUL. So simple and didn't seem like so many rules and things to do lol. Sounds silly, but it was so nice. The quick walk across to the beach was just wonderful! I feel like we should know you! You were just that friendly! ❤️❤️

Since I rented the whole house it was perfect for our large family gathering with separate units (Casa’s) for each couple.

This is the 2nd time at Franks place. Great place awesome location can walk to the beach. Neighborhood and neighbors are very nice. Just a nice safe neighborhood

Our stay was just what we needed. Some time in the sun on an amazing beach. The house was beautiful with a porch facing the ocean and private boardwalk right to the beach. Coffee on the deck was so relaxing every morning. The kitchen window overlooking the ocean made us want to stay at the house and cook our meals there. It was peaceful, private and quiet. The only sounds we heard were the waves and the birds. Our bedroom was comfy with a king size bed. So much to do in the St Augustine area too. We will be back!!!

Our stay here was excellent! You can walk to 2 great restaurants and the beach is so close and easy to access. The house was very clean and well stocked. Jack was super responsive and answered all of our questions. We had a great stay - highly recommended!
