Stephen was a pleasure to work with, very responsive and flexible as possible. He was proactive in letting us know that the check-in time was available sooner than listed. His keyless entry made it very easy to access his house and made it easy for all in my party to come and go as they pleased. His house was very clean and you could tell that as soon as you walked in the door. Everything worked well, his AC system provided arctic level cooling, his pool and hot tube was ready for use, his screened in game room was fun and actually stayed cool throughout the day, his outside gathering areas had plenty of seating, and his dock provided plenty of room to fish. This location on the canal was beautiful and easily accessible to St John's River. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone who wants a cool place to stay, relax and have fun. Thank you, Stephen, for your allowing us to stay at your house it was well worth the cost.

Honestly, this is going to be hard to beat tor a first Airbnb stay with my wife, a short weekend getaway. Marissa went out of her way to accommodate my requests, which would’ve been easy to say no to, but instead she did so enthusiastically. The mostly private deck, complete with hot tub, fire pit, and decor indoors give an overall intimate setting while literally having wildlife around you and even directly overhead. The bird life here is spectacular. The bonus plant side room is cool too. It’s quite literally everything Florida can offer in this hidden gem, coupled with an awesome host, I don’t think it’s possible to go wrong staying here and a high chance my wife and I will be back.

My husband and I had a great time staying at Stephen’s place. He was so nice and considerate making sure we had everything we needed for our trip. His place is clean, cozy, and super cute! We arrived to a surprise Christmas tree and Christmas card, a nice touch for home away from home during the Holidays. The location is great with easy beach access, walkable restaurant locations, nearby grocery stores, and everyone we met was so nice. We will definitely check on the availability of this place again for our return trips to St. Augustine!

We truly appreciated this sweet little home. It was in a central location to family members we were visiting. It was very clean, organized, comfortable, and had everything you needed. The deck overlooking the pond always had a wonderful breeze- very peaceful place to spend time. I enjoyed figuring out the layout of the neighborhood and it made for an enjoyable walk every morning. The hosts are super KIND!! From the first confirmation message, check-in instructions, and throughout our stay they were attentive and responsive. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!! Thank YOU Larry Karen for sharing your lovely home❤️- side note: the RV community had a couple events for the residents during our stay. A karaoke music thing Friday evening and then water inflatables for the kids on Saturday— very kind for the kids especially- nice community!

This place was perfect for what we needed! Very cozy inside and out. I was especially impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was with cooking supplies as many Airbnbs have minimal pots, pans, etc. We loved getting to use the jacuzzi after the kids went to bed and got to watch the lunar eclipse from the hammock out back. The place had a couple beach towels and chairs which was great since two of us flew in. The location was private and quiet but not far from beaches and restaurants. We appreciated the laid back, quiet vibe of Palm Coast and this house was the perfect place to enjoy it! Also, the coffee shop around the corner is really good! We walked there every morning for coffee and breakfast.

This is our 2nd time staying at EJs- it’s so comfortable and it’s filled with amenities along with a great hot tub and a beautiful view! So much room in this house! It’s a favorite of ours and we will likely be back next year!

I had an amazing experience staying at Carla’s Airbnb! The space was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was ideal, with the beach cross the street. Communication with Carla was seamless; she was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated her kindness and wishing us a happy anniversary! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, convenient, and comfortable spot to stay. Thanks for a wonderful experience – I’d love to return!

We had a great stay. What stood out the most to us was how responsive, kind and helpful Regina was. Check in and check out were a breeze. The house was true to the photos. We appreciated how easy it was to drive to the beach and how nice it was to have two screened in outside areas. When the front & back doors were open we had a lovely cross breeze. There were ample essentials like towels, toilet paper and coffee, tea, toiletries etc! Some things to note: -While the beach might be technically walkable, it’s not feasible with small children as the neighborhood doesn’t have sidewalks and you need to cross a very busy street to get to the beach. We knew this going in so it wasn’t an issue for us. -This isn’t a new construction. It’s an updated older home with older home quirks like no closets or any real place to hang clothes in most of the rooms. there was a bit of a musky smell. -Construction debris in the backyard was unfortunate. Still we would recommend and would stay again

Fun and cozy place to spend the weekend. The backyard was great and the host was kind enough to leave a few snacks for the visit. Highly recommend this home!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was super clean and quite spacious. The location is perfect for walking to beach as well as local bars and places to eat. The beach theme of the home is so cute. We would love to come back again.

The cottage was peaceful, cozy and charming. It felt like home immediately and all of the small details inside and out made us feel so welcome. Linda thought of numerous little touches to make you feel welcome and cared for while staying in the cottage! The kitchen had everything you could think of and was well organized and clean. The screened in porch was where we spent many evenings relaxing and enjoying a meal together. The outdoor shower was fabulous. Linda was an amazing host that communicated well with us!.This is a great spot to stay if you want to be close to see things in St. Augustine but also prefer to be in a more peaceful laid back setting. We enjoyed traveling to points south of here like Marineland beach, Varn beach and Flagler. Like another review had mentioned the hardest part was leaving! Thanks Linda for a wonderful stay in your charming cottage!

We stayed at Missy's for a week while home visiting family. As someone who grew up in Florida 20 years ago, Missy's place reminds me of why I love Florida so much. The bungalow had a lot of charm and character, and was simple in the best possible way. An ode to old Florida (the real Florida), it felt a million miles away from all of the concrete overdevelopment. Our mornings were peaceful, spent out on the private dock and our evenings were quiet, spent cozied up on the comfortable couches. During the day we worked in the Florida Room while listening to records. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we loved having access to a BBQ as well. We slept in the blue room, and the bed was like a cloud! My sister visited with her two kids and dog and they loved swimming at the lake beach across the street. The yard is huge, completely fenced in and perfect for dogs. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to escape the noise and enjoy some down time in a serene setting.

Thanks again Amanda and team for the great stay. House is in a perfect spot for a beach stay and/or Daytona. Would HIGHLY recommend for a race or concert to really get the best of both worlds! 20 minutes to the racetrack and all the dining and entertainment you need within walking distance once you get back to the house. Safe, easy location, great for kids. 5 stars. Steal of a deal for the location.

Maria's home is located on a canal that connects to the Tomoka River, and the kayak adventures are not to be missed! We enjoyed the wonderful Florida wildlife a short paddle away (manatees, gators, so many birds!). For the less adventurous, the backyard is perfect for relaxing in the sun and outdoor dining, very private with lots of comfy seating. The house inside was very clean and well stocked, with great restaurants and shopping at nearbyTrails Shopping Center. Maria was very responsive to any questions we had, and our two-week stay at her place was the perfect "snowbird escape" for us!

Beautiful cottage with very short walk to the beach. Comfortable and felt like home. Michael was very responsive and provided great information both on the cottage and the area. We’ll be back!

I cannot say enough positive things about this place and Miriam. Miriam's cottage is a home away from home. I've never been so comfortable. I was there 1.5 weeks and never wanted to leave. Miriam is the most kind hearted person I've ever encountered in life. Me and my dog Enzo fell in love with Miriam and this place! If you want a cozy, clean and peaceful place to stay, this is it!! I'm so grateful that I found this place and most of all that I found Miriam. THANK YOU MIRIAM for everything but most of all your friendship. I can't wait to go back! Much love to Miriam and Danny. This little house is wonderful. Super clean. On a little canal. 10 minute walk to the beach. 10 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. Walking distance to a few shops and restaurants. The owner was very helpful - answered many questions about fishing and boat storage/water access. We would definitely stay here again.
