This beach house is absolutely breathtaking. It is located right in the middle of Playa Hermosa, one of the most treasured beaches in all of Costa Rica. There is a large pool with hot tub. The house is conveniently located a few doors down from a small hotel that has a restaurant and bar. If you feel like cooking, you will love all the brand new state-of-the-art appliances in the kitchen. The large bathrooms have been recently remodeled. You will love our rustic Costa Rican home on a quiet stretch of beach. Two roomy upstairs bedrooms have private full baths. The third has a half bath. Downstairs has open floor plan. Great outdoor covered patios are featured both upstairs and downstairs. The refreshing pool can be enjoyed by all. A separate detached bedroom with double bed, half bath, and airconditioning is available for an extra $20 daily. The caretaker can make arrangements to have someone come in a prepare some meals.

One of the very best beachfront properties in Costa Rica, located in the heart of the most popular tourist area in Costa Rica (9 miles north of Jaco). Exceptional quiet beautiful area, with private pool, ping-pong, climbing peg board, bat-mitten, tire-swing, dart-board, board games, and foosball. Write about the use of the SUV cars. The maid service, and the 7 ocean kayaks are usually only available for a stay of 5 or more days. The cook is usually always available for an extra charge.

Main house is on the beach, has 3BR’s and 2 full baths, a half bath near pool, and an outdoor shower. Second home has second floor 2BR apartment, with one full bath, and outdoor shower by the fenced in pool. This is Costa Rica living at its best.
