Your excellent holiday start with excellent accommodation. This Spacious, Modern, Quiet villa is what I am looking for. It is in a great location with three Balcony over looking the green and the sea. First floor comes with living area, eating table, equipped kitchen, toilet and big balcony. Second floor with three bedrooms, balcony and very big bathroom. Third floor is a big studio with sofa, bed, corner kitchen, toilet, shower and Huge balcony with barbeque corner. The house is clean with plenty of towels. There are three air condition. The area around the villa is green and great and you can find restaurants, supermarkets and more. The best part of my experience was the support from Mr. Sameh. He is really great Man. He greeted me at the airport with his sister. His sister took my family by car to the villa. And he came with me and helped me with my luggage and helped me to pick up my car from the rental company. On the first day, one of the air-condition suddenly did not work, I called Mr. Sameh and told hem about that. and within 24 hours, he replaced it with a new air condition (this was a great service from a person who really take care of his business). He was always available to give information and support at any time. I am pleased with everything and I am happy with my friendship with Mr. Sameh. If I visit Trabzon next year, defiantly I will take this beautiful villa again. Conclusion: Strongly recommended

السكن عبارة عن فلتين متلاصقتين تحتوي كل فلة على 3 ادوار هادئة جدا ً ومطلة على الطبيعة وتبعد قرابة 8 دقائق بالسيارة عن البحر والخدمات يوجد بالقرب من الفلة مسجد وسوبر ماركت بسيط يوجد صعدة بالسيارة مرتفعة بالقرب من الفلة يجب الانتباه لها صاحب الفلة شخص ودود ومتعاون امام الفلة بيت عائلة صاحب الفلة وهم اشخاص ودودين كذلك السكن مناسب جدا لمن يبحث عن الطبيعة والهدوء ولابد من توفر سيارة لبعده قليلا عن البحر والخدمات ملاحظة اخيرة السكن قريب من المطار على بعد 20 دقيقة تقريبا ً التكييف يحتاج اهتمام اكثر

As I stepped in the house I felt like home, so cozy and beautiful, with unforgottable view.. If you are looking for peace of mind this is the place to go and rest. View is amazing looking over the sea and mountains.. beautiful yard where you can do yoga in the morning and enjoy glass of wine on sun set.. strongly recommended.. thank you Mustafa.

ev sahibiok ilgili ve kibardı yardımcı oldu. manzara çok güzel ısınma duş mutfak araç gereçleri gayet yeterliydi internet tv YouTube netflix olanakları vardı otopark mevcuttu. çok memnun kaldık herkese tavsiye ederim

Güzel manzaralı doğa içerisinde bir konaklama gerçekleştirdik. Şehir merkezine 10-15 dakika mesafede kolay ulaşım sağladık. Evi temiz olarak ağırladığı için Mahmut bey’e teşekkür ederiz.
