Un lugar extremadamente recomendable para hospedarse. Está cerca de la estación de bus y es de fácil acceso. Yoko es una excelente anfitriona, muy amable, siempre atenta y me sentí como en casa, además de que la habitación estaba muy bien equipada.

入住前房东给了我们详细的入住手册，对于如何入住、登记进行说明；房子在靠今里站的附近，附近有罗森和吃饭的地方，出行便利；房间内有三张榻榻米，所以最好自带床上四件套，床数是根据我们的出行人数安排的（有多位/异性同行人的旅客可以参考我们的评论）；总体来说居住感觉还是不错的

不在市区但又相距不远 环境特别好 房主服务也很热情 基本就是24小时随时响应 特别赞的是能提供烤炉 去神户能自己买肉回来烤有多幸福就不用多说了吧

如果你想选择一间靠海的具有日式风情的房子我强烈推荐这家民宿(＾〇＾)/♫♪！房东非常热心给我们推荐附近好吃又便宜的餐厅，特地打电话帮我们和餐厅预约并沟通，像回到家一样！众所周知出门旅行需要很强的独立能力但是这样的关怀和体贴会让人很感动🥹 我们特地选在淡季旅行入住的时候只有我们一行三人，简直像承包了一个荘一样！最后一天还选择了房东的另一栋小别墅，复古的蓝色非常温馨，如果这个评价可以放照片就好了，房子离机场非常非常近，房东姐姐早上亲自开车送我们去机场，我们一路聊得很开心！房子周围环境很像一部我喜欢的电影《下妻物语》，是一个宁静美好不吵闹的地方o(^▽^)o可以真正感受远离都市喧嚣的日本生活，两个住处都离车站很近！

Keiko女士的美丽的房子坐落在安静迷人的山上，房子是非常传统的日式风格，住在这里能体验到浓浓的当地的氛围。Keiko把花园打理得非常美丽自然，最值得称赞的是Keiko每天精心做的从不重复的早餐，真的是美味至极！比我在外面吃的午餐和晚餐还要更丰盛。Keiko女士亲切善良，还会每天开车接送客人，在车上我们聊得非常开心愉快，我还学习到了好多日语。我这次已经深深爱上了京都，早上在Keiko的指导下学习做章鱼小丸子的美好记忆将会一直保留在我的脑海里，下次再来还会入住Keiko的房子！

Le meilleur Airbnb que nous n’avons jamais eu. Yoko se plie en 4 pour nous conseiller les meilleurs visites : prêt de vélos pour un circuit dans la ville, présentation sur place des restos, facilitation pour les transports. Le logement est très design et extrêmement bien tenu ( négligents ou désordonnés s’abstenir). Les petits déjeuners renouvelés chaque jour avec fruits frais et spécialités de Kyoto. L’atelier de reliure proposé avec son père est vraiment passionnant. En conclusion, une adresse à conseiller à ses amis.

The location was nice, easy to find and close to a train station. We had 3 adults, 2 adults shared a room but there was plenty of room. It was clean and the people were very nice to us. I would recommend staying there.

Chambre confortable. Petite pour 4 mais agréable ; elle est bien conçue pour y rester quelques jours . Proche du parc Universal Studio ☺️👍

Fully kitted apartment and close to the train - great home base for exploring Osaka.

駅から近く、徒歩圏内にスーパー玉出もあります。南海線の南出口、JR線の通天閣出口はエレベーターがあり便利です。(地下鉄は利用してないので分かりません) チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらえ助かりました。 問い合わせの返信が早く安心できました。フロントの方の対応も丁寧でとても良かったです。 新しく、綺麗にされていて、気持ちよく過ごせました。

3人で利用させて頂きましたが、部屋も広く、とても快適に過ごせました。 JR、地下鉄どちらの駅からも近く、どこに行くにもアクセスが良かったです。 チェックイン時間等も柔軟に対応頂き、たいへん助かりました。また利用したいです。

Superbe expérience de voyage et d’hospitalité chez Ichie. Nous avons passé 3 jours avec ma fille et ce fut une expérience mémorable, nous avons très bien dormi sur les tatamis et les échanges avec Ichie étaient super intéressant. Je recommande fortement !

Great place in lovely neighborhood, very clean, the best thing is that you can learn how to make onigiri during you breakfast, very lovely.

This guest house is will be the best choice. The host tommy is very kind and mindful. He speaks english very well, so someone who didn't speak japanese will be satified. Also, the domitory bed was very nice. It's cozy and comfotable. And Tommy will give you breakfast If you request. The toast was tasty. I recommend this guest house, you will not regret your choice. Thank you tommy!

Albeit brief, this was my favorite stay of my entire Japan trip. The hosts were incredibly friendly and always proactive in making sure we felt at home not just in our accommodation but also in Kyoto and the lovely and peaceful neighborhood the townhome resides in. They made sure to follow up every question we had and made sure we were able to travel and make our next destination smoothly. We had some stressful travel beforehand, but they were extremely flexible in made our trip much easier. Also their cute daily breakfast was delicious and every single room had so much personality. It has a shared common space and bathroom but it never felt inconvenient and also allows you to get a one of a kind experience in Kyoto. The price was also incredibly reasonable and a great value. I look forward to returning next time I’m in town!

Really clean and spacious. Host was extremely responsive, even late at night, and willing to go above and beyond. Would highly recommend. One thing for people used to Western Beds: sleeping on tatami is hard, like barely better than sleeping on floor. Fine for 2 nights, but I like a medium-firm mattress and I would not have done more.

とても親しみやすいオーナーさんで、説明もとても丁寧でした。 地元のお勧めの飲食店、銭湯(天然温泉）の情報も正確で良かったです。 また、子供用のおもちゃも部屋においてあり、細やかな気配りが、お部屋の至る所にありました。 朝食のサンドイッチは、どれも美味しいですが、カレー味がお勧め(笑)

A pure sanctuary to relax and rejuvenate. The location is at the top of beautiful and quiet Koyodai. The combination of the warmth of Sachiyo’s and Justin’s hospitality and the impeccable design of their home and the meals unmatched in terms of quality of ingredients and flavor was perfection. I am grateful for the simple touches of care and creativity each day. I felt welcome and so happy. I look forward to seeing them again. My heartfelt thanks go out to them.

Mein Aufenthalt bei Miyagon war großartig. Ich wurde vom Bahnhof abgeholt und es gab einen gut organisierten CheckIn. Die Unterkunft war sauber und genau wie in der Beschreibung. Zusätzlich standen kostenlose Getränke und Snacks zur Verfügung. Es gab jeden Morgen super leckeres Frühstück, teils mit lokalen Früchten die ich zuvor noch nie gegessen hatte. Miyagon selbst war super freundlich, immer gut erreichbar und hat mir ganz viele nützliche Tipps für die Reise gegeben. Dank eines Übersetzungsgeräts, welches Sie immer bei sich hatte war die Verständigung ebenfalls einfach. Das Haus befindet sich direkt an einer Straße die voller Sakurabäme ist. Zudem sind unmittelbar in der Umgebung viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das einzige was ich schade fand ist, dass ich die Unterkunft nicht für eine längeren Zeitraum gebucht hatte.
