great location, super quiet. could use more heating in the winter (bathroom & shower cold), but would totally stay again!

友人7人と過ごさせていただきましたが、備品、部屋数、広さ、全てが素晴らしくとても快適に過ごせました！ 食器やタオルも清潔で、洗面所が大きくトイレ3つ、シャワールームも2つあり大人数でもとても過ごしやすかったです！ またすぐ近くに24時間営業のスーパーがありとても便利でした

We enjoyed the place so much. Yumiko went above and beyond her duties of a host - to make sure we are well taken care of. The place is very clean and fully equipped with everything you need. The shower has great pressure and hot water. We slept on the floor mats which was perfect and the pillows were great - hard and firm. She also provided us a portable wifi which worked well during our 4 days there. Her place is also located near the train station - which we used to get to/from Osaka. Traveling around Kyoto, we took the bus. There is a huge supermarket (10 mins walk) which we bought our food supplies from. We didn't get to try the yakiniku opposite the place as it was always fully booked. we shall try again next time! Yumiko responds very quickly to all our enquiries and is available for us whenever we need help. Thank you so much for the hospitality Yumiko and we hope to see you soon!

This might have been the most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in - the traditional Japanese garden & furnishings were stunning. But the home also had all of the modern comforts to make it cozy - with great bathrooms and comfy bedding. The only thing we didn’t love was the location - it’s a cozy residential neighborhood, but a good walk from the train station. We too more cabs here than we have at any of our other Japan stays. Don’t miss Mister Gyoza though - a 10 minute walk from the house!

We stayed 6 days at Hana and it's just such a cool and beautiful house. The host is super proactive and extremely responsive and also really friendly. They offered a day of cleaning but we really didn't need it and as compensation they presented us with the sweetest little gift. The house is just awesome which totally makes up for the fact that it's not super close to a station or Kyoto's main activities (save Nijo Castle). We stayed here as a family of 4 and it's perfectly suited for that. It's looked modern and amazing in the photos and they are just spot on. It's this special combination of an old Japanese town house with all the comforts of a modern home (including a quiet and really fast washing machine and effective steamer which is handy when traveling for 3 weeks in Japan). We highly recommend anyone visiting beautiful Kyoto to stay with Hana. We just couldn't be happier!

Sejour tres agreable dans ce beau logement typique à Kyoto tout en etant moderne dans un quarrie calme. Nous avons adoré, en particulier la salle de bain ouverte sur le jardin ! La localisation nous a bien convenu, nous avons pu rayonner en velo, et il y a des restaurants sympas autour. L'equipement en vaisselle est limité, ce qui ne gene pas si on prends les repas à l'extérieur.

This was a beautiful place to stay whilst exploring Osaka. The house is a peaceful refuge after a busy day's exploring. We absolutely loved our time spent here. We also enjoyed the many beautiful Japanese arts and crafts displayed around the property. Our host was friendly, welcoming and responsive to all our communications. Thank you for this very positive experience.

一戶建的旅居空間很大而且温馨舒適。入住當天我們很晚才到達（晚上10時多才到）但沒想到旅居主人還在等待我們，而且為我們搬行李及打傘，介紹屋內設施。旅居內一應俱全，還有小孩玩具及圖書，還提供很多旅居附近的購物及飲食資訊，寢室很舒適並備有充電插頭，樓梯還裝有小夜燈方便夜間下樓，而且有防滑地毯，洗手間內有毛巾抹手。亦有車位方便自駕人士。意想不到的是竟然有歡迎入住的信，真的非常貼心。性價比非常高，非常適合一家大小，有機會會再次入住，亦會給推介打算造訪大阪的親友。離開時旅居主人夫婦還親自相送！

A beautiful home in a nice area of Kyoto conveniently located in close walking distance to bus stops and supermarkets. It was lovely to meet Toshiko who met us for checkin to show us around (& has spent time in our home city of Adelaide, South Australia). The house is well appointed and spacious with separate living areas and a great shower! Highly recommended. Thanks Toshiko!

Our stay was fantastic. The location could not have been better, with Dotombori Street just around the corner. Hide-san gave so many local recommendations, I wish we could’ve tried them all! The space is also unique and cozy. We will definitely stay here again!

Der Gastgeber ist äußerst freundlich und auch lustig. Er hat uns persönlich vom Bahnhof abgeholt, uns den Stadtplan erklärt und ist auf unsere Fragen eingegangen. Sein Englisch war sehr gut und die Kommunikation ebenso. Das Apartment ist traditionell und dementsprechend schön. Es ist sehr groß und man hat viel Platz! Wir bedanken uns bei Mitsuo und würden das Apartment definitiv wieder buchen!

This is my first time to stay in a Airbnb ,and Mitsuhiro Sang kindly offered a big and comfortable Japanese style environment. The house is great and you can get anything you want in it ! Transportation station is only 1 mins left to the house so it's convenient. Anyway I must come back to stay if I got chance to Osaka.
