Wow! Absolutely amazing, fantastic location - very quiet surrounded by countryside yet less than 15mins walk into Coronado, which is amazing (so clean, lots of history, great places to eat, just wonderful) Our hosts could not have been kinder and more helpful, Massimo and his Dad are just wonderful people.

Wat een fijne plek! De woning was schoon, de kamers ruim en we genoten van de prachtige natuur in de omgeving. Ook de privacy was top – heerlijk rustig. Eigenlijk was het enige nadeel dat we maar één nacht hadden geboekt. We hadden graag langer willen blijven! Giannina is een top host!

Stefanos Unterkunft war ein absolutes Highlight! Der Pool und der Whirlpool waren perfekt zum Entspannen, und die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Die Wohnung war super sauber und sehr komfortabel, und Stefano war ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Meine Freunde und ich sind uns sicher dass Stefanos Unterkunft das beste Air BnB ist, in dem wir je waren! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Pure Erholung im Olivenhain! Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen, traumhaft schönen Urlaub in der Villa Claudia verbracht. Die Villa liegt umgeben von Olivenbäumen, einem Feigenbaum und weiteren Obstbäume als auch Agaven, erhöht, wodurch man einen tollen Blick auf die Landschaft hat, inmitten der Natur und sehr privat (nachts ist dies etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig - vor allem als Stadtmensch - da man tatsächlich keine Nachbarn hat, sondern nur Natur). Mit dem Auto erreicht man innerhalb weniger Minuten die Ortschaft San Lorenzo in Campo, in der es verschiedene kleinere Supermärkte als auch Cafés gibt. Der Salzwasser-Pool, den wir jeden Tag zum Schwimmen und Abkühlen nutzten, war unser Highlight. Die Villa ist eigentlich ein rustikales Landhäuschen mit allem, was dazu gehört. Die gesamte Villa war super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Obergeschoss gab es Klimaanlagen in allen Schlafzimmern, aber nicht im Untergeschoss bzw. Wohnzimmer, Küche, ...(dort stand ein Ventilator zur Verfügung).

Sehr schöne, ruhige Umgebung. Tolles Haus, mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet. Waschmaschine ist super. Ein gutes Restaurant ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In 15 Minuten mit dem Auto ist man im nächstgrößeren Ort mit Einkaufszentrum etc. sowie am Meer. Ohne Auto ist es jedoch schwierig Unternehmungen zu planen. Preis/Leistung ist top und die Gastgeberin sehr hilfsbereit und nett.

Filippo is very friendly person, he was still on the phone. He gives to us good tips. We were feeling on his house as in our home. Vila is cosy place, with huge garden. Everything was clean and enough towels were prepared for us. The best was view from home. Also Filippo cleans the swimming pool every evenening, therefore the pool is in great condition. Also we can reccomend a great restaurant Montecucco approx. 600metres from villa. I can very reccomend this accomodation ;-)

Le logement est situé dans un très bel endroit. La piscine a debordement est immense avec une vue imprenable. La maison est tres bien entretenue et le jardin magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par Stefania mais avons passé le séjour avec Pia et Agno qui sont les parents de Stefania. Quel bonheur, une merveilleuse rencontre, très touchante et humaine. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous sommes vraiment touchés par nos échanges et si nous revenons dans la région, nous retournerons les voir avec grand plaisir.

Perfect stay for big family reunion! Wonderful host including helpful friend&family, with excellent setup for big groups (six rooms with separate bathrooms and AC), well mantained pool with many sunbeds and additional amenities in the house (out kids loved the indoor table tennis and outdoor kicker table). Kitchen is fully equipped and has big terrasse facing north for great breakfast&lunch&dinner in the shade. Approx. 20min to the beaches and in walking distance to the lovely mountain village Monte San Giusto with playground, cafes for excellent Italian breakfast and more.

We came as a group of freshly graduated teenagers; in total 23 people. Even though the villa was not listed as capable of holding so many people, the host made it work splendidly. The host was very helpful and responded quickly. The villa was beautiful and the noise from the traffic was not as bad as we had imagined. Over all, a wonderful experience. We recommend it!!

Casa veramente all'altezza delle aspettative, molto spaziosa e luminosa. Elio un host veramente all'altezza. Montelupone un posto bellissimo tra le colline marchigiane....e poi i carciofi 🤪🤪

Lapedona è un gioiello artistico e paesaggistico! Si entra in una dimensione di tranquillità. La casa è molto carratteristica, ristrutturata con gusto e pulitissima. Il paese offre un'atmosfera unica, grande panorama, vicino a mare, collina e arte. Da tornarci. Host Andrea gentile e disponibile.

Paola è un’ottima host, mai invadente ma sempre pronta a rispondere e consigliare. Il suo appartamento è super comodo, fornito di tutto il necessario e anche di più. La zona è stupenda sia per il mare che per le tantissime possibilità per fare sport, per mangiare bene o per conoscere città di arte. Sicuramente ci torneremo!

Wir verbrachten 12 traumhafte Tage zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder im Alter von 2, 4 und 6) bei Francesco und seiner Familie. Das Haus, das Gelände, der Pool entsprechen den Bildern und Beschreibungen - es ist wunderschön und sehr privat. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Hauses sind auf hohem Niveau und dem Preis entsprechend. Die Lüftungsanlage des Hauses ist selbst für die hohen Temperaturen im August vollkommen ausreichend und sehr angenehm. Haus und Einrichtung sind sehr stilvoll, passend zur Gegend, nachhaltig und aus hochwertigen Materialien. Der Natur-Pool ist fantastisch, sauber und perfekt angelegt. Die gesamte Außenanlage ist in einem erstaunlichen Zustand und top gepflegt. Francesco, seine Schwester und seine Eltern sind sehr zuvorkommende Menschen, jederzeit bemüht Tips für die Umgebung, den Strand und Restaurants zu geben. Sie sind sehr zurückhaltend und respektieren die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste.

Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni molto piacevoli in questa casa. La posizione è ottima, con un panorama davvero bello e rilassante, ideale per staccare dalla routine e godersi un po’ di tranquillità. Abbiamo trovato la casa accogliente e ben curata. Speriamo di poterci tornare in futuro, magari prendendoci ancora più tempo per apprezzare questi posti davvero belli.

Door de gastvrijheid van Erik en Isabelle voelden wij ons gelijk thuis. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn een drankje bij aankomst, vijgen uit de tuin kunnen plukken en veel kennis van de omgeving willen delen. Een omgeving waar stress ver te zoeken is en humor aanwezig is.

Ottimo posto per soggiornare nelle campagne marchigiane. Tiziana persona disponibilissima. Casa molto curata nei dettagli, la piscina un plus da non sottovalutare. Da tornarci.

The view the view bloody hell this view is gorgeous. Better than any Tuscan hillside I’ll tell you that. What’s more Paolo and his whole family with their Italian charm made us feel connected to Le Marche. Beautiful lakes nearby & incredible beaches in the national park an hour away in the ancona province. Notable restaurants to recommend would be: Bar-Chiosco-Trattoria Valleverde at a nearby lake or ristorante dal Silvio which is where the best beaches are. We finished the trip with a pizza night using Paolos oven. The whole family came as well as our neighbours from Milan. Great place definitely recommend 💎❤️❤️

this is by far our favourite experience ever on airbnb. the place is absolutely stunning and even better than described - it had everything we needed including an amazing speaker, which definitely made our holiday to the point we didn't even leave the place other than to go to the supermarket. the kitchen is a dream with everything that cn be possibly needed to cook amazing meals and the bedroom and bed is super comfy. Marissa is such a kind and friendly host, super responsive and flexible, it made the experience absolutely memorable. we were so sad to leave, that we're already planning to come back next year.

Esperienza indimenticabile in un casale da sogno Abbiamo trascorso una notte in questo casale insieme ai miei amici e posso dire che è stata un'esperienza davvero speciale. La struttura è splendida, immersa nel verde e perfettamente curata nei minimi dettagli. L'atmosfera è accogliente e rilassante, ideale per chi cerca una pausa dalla routine quotidiana. Al nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti in maniera impeccabile: il camino era già acceso, il che ha reso l'ingresso ancora più caloroso e accogliente. Abbiamo subito avvertito una sensazione di "casa" e la cortesia dei proprietari ha contribuito a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Ogni ambiente del casale, dalle camere alla zona giorno, è perfetto per trascorrere momenti di convivialità e relax. La location è ideale per chi ama la tranquillità, ma anche per chi cerca un punto di partenza per esplorare i dintorni. Senza dubbio, torneremo presto per rivivere questa magia. Consigliatissimo!

Elena è stata molto puntuale e precisa nel darmi le giuste indicazioni per trovare l’alloggio, che si trova nel cuore dell’Umbria e in una zona piacevolmente isolata e quindi tranquilla . La casa era pulita e in ordine e corrispondente alle foto . Varie indicazioni dell’host all’interno dell’appartamento hanno reso il pernottamento semplice. Una nota di merito per la presenza di un mobiletto dove abbiamo trovato libri, fumetti , ma anche pastelli e fogli per far divertire i bambini . Elena ci ha anche indicato un ristorantino nella zona dove abbiamo cenato benissimo Consiglio infine l appartamento come punto di appoggio per visitare le tante attrazioni della zona.

Appartamento nuovissimo accogliente e curato nei minimi particolari. I padroni di casa persone accoglienti simpaticissimi cordiali e molto ospitali.....ci torneremo ancora

Roberto's casa is located in a quiet area where you can relax. The surroundings are beautiful, and the cats are very cute. The accommodation offers everything you need (and much more) and is in very clean condition. It is an ideal starting point for excursions to beautiful destinations such as Sirolo, Portonovo, Potenza Picena, national parks, and many more. Communication with Roberto was always friendly and informal, and i was greeted with homemade wine. All in all, I would happily recommend the casa to anyone.

Questa è la terza volta che torniamo sulla costa del conero e siamo felicissimi di questa scelta. La casa è molto confortevole ma siamo stati quasi sempre nel bellissimo giardino con vista mare, fresco e ventilato anche nei giorni di caldo grazie alla posizione elevata rispetto al mare. La comoda spiaggia di Marcelli dista pochi minuti d'auto ma se si desidera un pó d'avventura sono moltissime le spiagge più selvaggie a poca distanza.

Hôtes très accueillant, serviable, à l'écoute et réactif. Maison bien agencé et bien placé; partie extérieur complète (salon de jardin / table de jardin / transats) mais attention aux moustiques le soir. Plage à 5 minutes à pied mais accès uniquement en journée et plage avec digue de cailloux. Les villes proches sont animée et les possibilités d'activité sont diverses. On a passé d'excellentes vacances, le logement correspondait a nos attentes et nous remercions nos hôtes pour tout 🥰
