Około półgodzinny spacer dzieli lokalizację od Zamku Królewskiego na Wawelu i Rynku Głównego. Do dzielnicy Kazimierz można dostać się pieszo w około 20 minut. W odległości 300 m znajduje się przystanek tramwajowy "Zabłocie". Mieszkanie posiada własne miejsce postojowe w garażu podziemnym. Możliwość samodzielnego zameldowania. Zwierzęta domowe nie są akceptowane.
