It has 3 queen size beds, and 2 sofas. Equipped with a eat in kitchen and two bathrooms, with washer and dryer. The cottage has been in our family for nearly 4 decades. Just 3 blocks from the water inside the Lakeside gates. Parking in front and one on the north side driveway. A/C unit in both bedrooms and dining room,wi-fi, cable. Master Queen and hallway bathroom with shower stall. Lakeview Park is across the street, and so is the beach. 1 mile to the Jet Express, and the downtown shops & restaurants. We allow 2 dogs, please know there is a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Our back yard is fenced in with a fire pit, picnic table and grill. The garage is available for storage. Driveway parks 3 cars.
