Relax with the whole family at this newly remodeled peaceful home. Enjoy everything brand new! Has a stocked kitchen, a fire pit for bonfires, and an enclosed porch for morning coffee. It can accommodate up to 4 people. It's conveniently located 4 min from downtown where guests can find plenty of dining and shopping. 20 min drive from starved rock and Matthiessen park! You will have access to the entire house. Two story, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home features kitchen, family room, TV room, living room with electric fireplace & basement. There is an additional family room with electric fireplace in the basement. There is a large 2 car attached garage. The back yard overlooks beautiful Goose Creek. Home is 15 minute ride to Starved Rock State Park or Skydive Chicago. Set in a park like setting close to many amenities, parks, & restaurants. Abundant wildlife.
