Susan was a wonderful host!!! Cannot ask anymore more of a host. Let us check in early, and no issues with an early morning flight we ad to catch. Susan is very friendly, warm and has a great place. Some good restaurants around the place as well

The space was very clean, comfortable, and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook with and the bed was very comfy! The location was perfect, in a very nice neighborhood, and very easy to get around town! We loved our stay!

Ron and Cindy's Bear Necessities Inn is anything but bare necessities. They have absolutely thought of everything to make their basement retreat welcoming and a home away from home. We felt immediately at home when we were greeted by Ron. We were in town to visit our sophomore at college, and did not want to stay too close to the downtown area so this was a perfect distance away while being close to many restaurant choices in Overland Park. The bed is comfortable, the fridge was stocked with items that were free to use and we had access to plenty of linens and the usual toiletries. I loved that the fridge had an icemaker and my husband had coffee from the Keurig. We could even sign into our streaming accounts on the TV. Our hosts were generous with their time, expertise and hospitality. We connected with them on many levels and would return for stays in the future. It was a perfect weekend for us!

Leon & Linda's place was lovely for an overnight stay near the Plaza! We were able to easily get to the places we wanted to go, and the accommodations were very clean. It was admittedly a little awkward for 5 people - although there were enough beds for 4 of us and 2 to share a bed, I can see it being most comfortable for ~3 people. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, and we loved the little touches like granola bars, Keurig machine, and the trivia games. Thanks for hosting us for our friend's do-over bachelorette outing!

Merrily's home is exactly like the pictures. Very quiet, clean and had everything we needed. She was proactive in all her communication we actually didn't have to ask for a thing. We were only there for a long weekend, but she was so thoughtful in leaving some fruit on the counter and a few things in the frig for the morning, so we didn't have to run to the store right away. We would highly recommend her as a host.

The place was clean, calm, and just wonderful. We went right before Christmas and ms. Deb had put up a Christmas tree and that was wonderful because we were going to be opening gifts and it just set the mood right for my family. It’s those small touches that made this location stand out. Would highly recommend and I plan on staying again soon!

We loved how close this Airbnb was to our grandchildren’s home. It was located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Parking was easy and close to entrance. We loved the extra touch of yogurt, OJ, water bottles and s’mores! We also liked the selection of coffee and teas. Jana was a responsive host.

Michael and Cheryl’s place exceeded our expectations for a quick weekend trip! The home was lovely-very spacious, clean, private and exactly as pictured! The location was a short drive to the city and in a very quiet neighborhood. Would recommend the space to anyone looking for a place to stay, and will definitely be back when traveling to the area again!

The hosts are a precious couple that serve their guests well! They live in a charming area & we hope to come back & stay again!

From the moment we walked through in, we loved it! Neathasha is an AMAZING host, she was very communicative since the beginning and was very responsive. The place is more than nice , it’s bigger and better than in the pictures , smelt really nice too. Could barely hear people upstairs and i would say i have no complaints about the stay. Area is also pretty good, lots of good food options around and not too far of a drive from downtown either. Would definitely book her or with this host again!

This place was very clean and comfortable and convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay. The TV was a little tricky to stay connected but we felt that all around town. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

I had a nice stay at Charice’s place - a spacious and clean studio exactly as described. Charice was proactive in her communication and very responsive. I will gladly stay here if I make it back to KC. Samson

What a wonderful quiet place that was perfect for my needs. I was impressed by how thoughtful Chad was to provide many details which made my stay more enjoyable. I left my home in a hurry and forgot a number of toiletry items yet, found everything I needed in a Diddy bag under the sink! Even toothpaste! The shower was magnificent, in my opinion with lots of pressure and hot water. Microwave and refrigerator and coffee technology we’re great. I really liked the way he had the kitchen set up. Even though this apartment is underneath Chad‘s household, it was incredibly quiet. I highly recommend Chad‘s place if like me you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle yet still have easy access to anything you might want to do in the area.

Katie’s place was perfect for our needs! Clean, comfortable, and spacious for the 3 of us - my husband, myself and our 15-month old! Katie was very helpful with extra accommodations for our baby, local recommendations, and general friendly conversation! We were visiting places all over the KC metro area, and the Airbnb was centrally located to all of it. Check in and out were simple and quick, and coming and going from the house was easy with the keypad. You can hear foot traffic from above during the day, but no voices, and only during reasonable hours. The bed and couch were comfortable and cozy! We would definitely stay here again or recommend it to others!

The Grandview Minimalist Studio was perfect for our needs. The apartment was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable!

Sandra and Kory were so accommodating and friendly! We really enjoyed our stay, everything was to our expectations.

This wonderful cozy hideaway has all the necessary amenities, is a stone's throw away from Power & Light, and has some gem eateries less than 500ft from the residence. Stephen was a joy and pleasure to have as a host.

Great place to stay has everything you need! And the area is super nice close to a Market, restaurants, coffee shops and a park so you go for a run.

We enjoyed our stay. We were close to our kids home and was able to go anywhere around and easily get back. Aaron helped me figure out the tv and was very polite and quick to respond. We absolutely will be renting again if we can.
