Our neighborhood also offers plenty to do - scenic fishing ponds, a playground, and a community pool (open seasonally).

Enjoy the perks of staying in a comfy house yet still having quick access to activities of downtown & access to the IDL (inner downtown loop highway) less than a mile away. This one bedroom house has a front porch, full bath, Wi-Fi, smart TV, fully stocked kitchen, dedicated workspace, shelves of books to enjoy and a fenced in back yard. BOK and Gathering Place are very close. And super easy checkout requirements!

We welcome you to The Apartment Away from busy city streets with private entry, just outside of Owasso. Your private entrance opens to a living room with smart TV, fully stocked kitchen with island, and laundry room. The spacious bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress, and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Heated and cooled attached sunroom is great for watching wildlife. We are on 2 wooded acres just a couple miles from shops and stores, in a safe and quiet country neighborhood.

The Hot Tub is up and running! Walking distance to the Rose District, our newly constructed Cottage comes with full kitchen, washer/dryer, private parking and entrance. This peaceful studio is absolutely charming! The vibrant Rose District is perfect for window shopping, visiting local antique shops, and great dining! Easy expressway access means the Gathering Place, Utica Square, and downtown Tulsa are just a short drive. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck and rest well at the end of the day!
