Peaceful, country setting at Brianza Gardens and Winery. Lovely ranch 2 BR/1 B has all the comforts of home incl. W/D. Enjoy the scenic views and walking trails among the gardens and vineyards. Large GR/DR, eat/n/kit. The "Cottage" is adjacent to the "Bungalow", also listed on this site. The Bungalow is a 1BR, full kitchen apartment. If you need more space please book both properties. Sorry, no pets allowed or parties. Maximum occupancy is six people. $20 fee per person/per day over four people

We are located 3 miles from The Ark Encounter, 2 blocks off main street, 44 miles from the Creation Museum, 40 miles to KY Horse Park, and 27 miles to KY Speedway. Enjoy the quiet shaded yard that backs up to a farm that has horses and a great view of the surrounding countryside. Relax and spend the evening around the outdoor fire pit. The Little White Cottage is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families.

The Roomy Ranch - Near Ark Encounter

NEWLY RENOVATED, RARE 4 Bedroom ranch near ARK Encounter. No Steps. Nice neighborhood. Extremely comfortable beds, and blankets.(same beds we own personally) Plenty of space for your group and/or share with multiple families. Enjoy a complimentary, fully stocked, coffee/tea bar that includes to-go cups! Only 1 mile from restaurants, groceries, gas, etc. Enjoy the large back yard after your trip to the ARK or Creation Museum. We are a Superhost and also own The Paris Street House.

Secluded Country Home in Historic Hoosier Hills

You’ll love the property because of the private secluded location and the views. The property is good for couples, solo families (with kids), all girls/boys gatherings and big groups. The house has over 1900 square feet of living space plus a sunroom looking over the pond and woods. There are two TVs with cable connection and one tv with an antenna. One TV is in the common living area and the other tv's are in two bedrooms, Catch and release fishing is permitted.

The Cute Little House Near The Ark Encounter

The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.
