Large, modern 1 bedroom/1 bathroom townhouse, for max 4adults and 2 kids, on N. Padre Isl. close to Packery channel. Short walk to the beach. 3 heated pools, playground, grills and 2 parking spots. Patio. Inside: 2 smart TVs with Netflix, washer/dryer, kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, blender, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, stove, crock-pot. Just a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Located across the street from the Seawall and Dunes. This relaxing and spacious 3 Bedroom/2.5 Bath Townhome, has 2 floors with a balcony on the 2nd floor and a patio on the 1st floor that leads to the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need and convenient laundry area with full size washer/dryer within the unit. There are a total of 3 beds to sleep 6 guests comfortably. Relax at Nemo's!

Poolside end unit with access to grilling area and play area. Heated pool allows for year round enjoyment. A private gate gives ease of access to some of the islands best dinning neighboring the complex. The poolside access creates safe and comfortable movement to the pool and back to the unit. The beach is 2 minutes away with the layout being two King Bedrooms, a Queen sofa bed in the living room and 4 Bunkbeds in a kids private retreat room! Space for 8-10.
