Welcome to South Padre Island TX! The Condo is an outstanding beachfront property. Nice 3 bedroom 3 bathroom furnished condo right on the second floor over looking the beach. Seville is a gated property and well maintained with full time maintenance personnel, 2 pools- one is heated, and jacuzzi. Seville has security cameras all around the property which provide excellent security for owners and guests. Seville has a healthy reserve and owners want to keep the property in excellent condition.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Public beach access, nightlife, restaurants and bay are all between 25 meter to 160 meter walk.
