H Pansion Konstantinos βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της πόλης με θέα την θάλασσα και την χώρα. Σε απόσταση μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι της Σκιάθου και την αφετηρία των λεωφορείων του νησιού και 1,5χλμ από το αεροδρόμιο. The apartments are equipped with a Double Bed and a Double Sofa-Bed. Every apartment is well-cared up to the last detail. They are carefully equipped with new and very comfort mattress and bed sheets, blankets as well as towels. All are regularly washed. They have a private direct sea view balcony, too!

The renovated Double Rooms of KIMIA Guest House, features a balcony, air-condintioning, a mini fridge, coffee machine and a comfortable double bed to enjoy your stay. The hotel is situated in the city center of the island, very close to the starting point of all buses, as well as Papadiamantis Street and the port—all within a 5-10 minute walk. Right across from the hotel, there is also a public parking area.
