在Leon的公寓里非常愉快的度过了四天，地理位置优越。管家Lok响应及时，细心负责，帮助我们联系了水管工解决了热水问题，下次来吉隆坡还会选择这里。

We really enjoyed our stay at James’s place. The view is incredible of the twin towers and royal palace. The amenities were really great. We appreciated that James had pool towels. The kitchen was fully equipped and made it easy to make meals at home. The only issue we had was with the washing machine in the unit not draining properly which got fixed, but it still leaves some detergent residue on your clothes. The washing machines downstairs work really well and are quick. Communication was always pleasant and quick. Would stay here again.

good place, super responsive owner. when a light didnt work, the owner sent a technician and repaired it within 30 mins. was a bit difficult to find the location due to ongoing constructions and road diversions around the area, but eventually able to get there guided by the friendly guards at the building.

Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, the place is comfortable and clean. The location is strategic with convenience stores, a mall, and restaurants within walking distance. Really enjoyed our short stay ☺️

Albert屋主非常好，很快就回复，给我正确的信息。在这里住12天里，都很好。位置非常好，出去买家庭用品食物，吃饭，洗衣服都很方便。适合一家人一起住。虽然晚上隔音不是很好但是还可以接受，毕竟这里多数是小型的office.他家有饮水机所以方便许多。下次还会再来。

Owner sgt membantu, dan responsive. unit rumah dekat dengan lif. Homestay dekat dengan laut, hanya keluar melalui beranda belakang. Nice view and nice stay. Boleh repeat lagi for sure.

The accommodation itself was cozy and comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I had all the amenities I needed. The house had a lovely atmosphere, and it was clear that the hosts had put a lot of effort into making it a welcoming and inviting space.

It was a very kind host and a very comfortable accommodation. The train station was about a 12-minute walk away, making it easy to travel anywhere. There were delicious dim sum restaurants and various other eateries nearby, and the NSK supermarket was just 1-2 minutes away, which was very convenient. One minor downside was that there was some noise from construction in front of the building, but considering the price, our family was often out exploring, so it wasn’t much of an inconvenience. Very nice apartment in a modern building with a beautiful view of the city. It’s conveniently located near useful districts like Bukit Bintang and KLCC. We rented the place because it’s close to IJN, and indeed, you can reach the hospital within 5–8 minutes on foot — it’s actually faster to walk than to take a Gojek. The building also has 24/7 reception and security.

Mr. Lucas is an inspiring person and a loyal friend. He has the demeanor of a confident mentor. He is kind, not intrusive, and always willing to help others. He patiently explains the surroundings and took me on a tour around the building, introducing me to the place. When I extended my stay, he even offered me a discount. Overall, Lucas is someone you can rely on and trust.

Our family of 4 were privileged to have stayed at this wonderful accomodation! We were warmly welcomed by our lovely host Carine and shown around the place and answered our questions. She was even kind enough to allow us to check in earlier. The place was central to KLCC. Suria Mall and Avenue K as well as the Petronas Towers were all within walking distance. You can even see the Towers from the window which was spectacular! What we loved the most in this accomodation is the quality of the room! It was as if we stayed in a hotel! The little things made it all worthwhile. The international PowerPoints, the 1000TC sheets, Egyptian cotton towels, provision of toiletries, good quality hairdryer and most especially the snacks and drinks provided was much appreciated! Above all, the place was tidy and immaculately clean! Not even a sign of mould in the washer/dryer! It was such a wonderful stay that we will be definitely staying here again should we visit again.

We stayed the entire month of February. Khong is truly a Superhost. He met us at the condo to let us in and show us around his condo unit and the condo's amenities (pool, gym, etcetera). He then took my wife and I out to dinner, followed by driving us around the area to help us get our bearings. He contacted us at least once a week to make sure everything was okay and ask if we needed anything. A very friendly and helpful host. The condo complex's pool and common areas were kept clean and tidy. We swam in the pool almost daily. The convenience store on the ground floor was also clean and well stocked. We truly enjoyed our time at Khong's condo.
