Es bietet für Paare oder Familien mehr als genügend Platz. Es befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit Bad, Klimaanlage und Doppelbett, im oberen Geschoss in verschiedenen Größen. Mit dem Auto ist man in 45 Minuten im Herzen von Bangkok (z.B. Thonburi, Rama 9) und lebt am Rande sehr ruhig im Grünen.
