Museum Suite - Luxurious unit with a City View -

Decorated with ornate elegance, the apartment exudes an air of grandeur. Touches of white Carrara marble and stone floors add a richness to this bright and open space. Entering through a large stone archway into the grand foyer, your eye is immediately drawn to the captivating views of the arno river. Magnificent stone columns lead into the large living room of the apartment. Furnished with a combination of antiques and modern fixtures, this room offers a wonderful space to entertain at home while enjoying the breathtaking views of the city. Just off the living room you will find the fully equipped professional kitchen. A spectacular stone mantle serves as the hood for the stove and makes an elegant statement in this lovely cooking area. The main bedroom is completely spacious and well lit, the second bedroom is smaller and doesn't have the river view but is indeed very cozy. Both have queen beds and full marble ensuite bathrooms. The combination of antiques furnishings with modern design elements is truly a step into Italian Luxury. This fantastic apartment offers you the chance to immerse yourself into the heart of ancient Florence. The prime location is a perfect starting point for exploring all of the city’s most notable landmarks. The magical views from all rooms of this accommodation surround you in the beauty of Florence all day and night. There is a supermarket conveniently located 150 meters from the apartment. The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.

Romantic Apartament on Florence roofs

L'appartamento (55 Mq) si trova al terzo ed ultimo piano di un edificio storico, senza ascensore, ed è composta da una cucina abitabile, una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e un bagno con doccia. Su richiesta è possibile avere un letto singolo aggiunto nella zona soggiorno/cucina.Tutti gli infissi sono ermetici, per assicurare agli ospiti pace e tranquillità durante il soggiorno, e un buon isolamento termico. Aria condizionata e riscaldamento autonomi. Wifi, veloce ed illimitato. L'appartamento è ad esclusivo uso degli ospiti. Luca ed io lavoriamo entrambi in centro, e in caso di necessità in un attimo uno dei due puo essere d' aiuto di persona per risolvere qualsiasi problema. Welcome to our charming apartment, located in the heart of Florence, in Piazza della Signoria. The apartment features a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a lovely kitchenette, and a large living area. The living space is cozy and bright, with access to a small balcony offering breathtaking views of the square. The apartment also includes a second bathroom with a shower. My husband and I have lived in the house for eight years, a great love binds us to this space and in making it available to guests we hope it will be their home during their stay in Florence. You can use a well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge, espresso machine, kettle with a selection of teas and herbal, toaster the necessary to cook (salt, pepper, oil..). In the bathroom you will find shampoo and shower gel you can use on your needs but with attention to sharing with others.

DB House Ponte Vecchio

DB House si trova nel cuore del centro storico di Firenze in contesto silenzioso, a soli 200 mt da Ponte Vecchio e poco più dagli Uffizi e Palazzo Pitti. L’appartamento, appena ristrutturato, è un monolocale al terzo e ultimo piano (senza ascensore e scale tipiche degli edifici storici fiorentini, quindi un po’ scomode, strette e ripide) di una palazzina tipica. Le due finestre consentono di affacciarsi sui caratteristici tetti rossi dalle quali si può ammirare la Torre di Palazzo Vecchio.

The suite is about 592 square feet with a wide living and a lovely balcony facing Arno River. It has an amazing view of the Ponte Vecchio as well as the Ponte Santa Trinita. The living room is open to a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a queen size bed and 2 closets. A large bathroom with 2 windows, double sinks and a walk-in shower, is connected with the bedroom. Wi-Fi and air conditioning system are provided.

The entire apartment is available, not shared and you will be able to self check in. The apartment is located in the heart of beautiful Florence - just at Palazzo Pitti only a footwalk to all other main sides such as Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo. The apartment lies in the fourth floor and unfortunately without an elevator, but you will have enough space to relax after an exciting day in the city Center.
