NEW information: We have swimming pool in 2018. Our house is situated in a peaceful and quiet surrounding, just outside the little town of Novigrad. The whole area of this north Dalmatian town is suitable for hiking thanks to the vicinity of the gorgeous mountain of Velebit. If you want see location where are the filmed movie Winnetou my place is the best choice for you. You need 20 min by car, or 30 min by boat to river Zrmanja and mountain Velebit.

Villa Ena nalazi se na ograđenoj parceli od 1500 m2. Parcela je izdvojena od ostalih kuća te gosti mogu uživati u miru i privatnosti. U sklopu parcele se nalazi parking.
