Located outside a small, quiet hamlet (altitude 800 metres) at the end of a winding road, the south-facing barn enjoys panoramic views of the mountains, and is surrounded by fields and woods - with no vis-à-vis! Entirely renovated using ecological materials, the gîte retains all the charm and authenticity of a Pyrenean dwelling, but with all the comfort of a purpose-built gite. L’Era de Toni (HUT3-008025) és una casa individual construïda el 2020 de 55 m2 amb terrassa de 10m2, situada enmig d’un entorn natural idíl•lic, a la vora del riu Valira del Nord i de l’emblemàtica ruta del ferro que farà de la seva estada una experiència perfecta per relaxar-se i desconectar. Tanmateix, la seva ubicació és ideal per a la pràctica del ciclisme, senderisme, golf i sobretot esquí, estan Arcalís a només 15 min, el telecabina de Pal a 5 min i el Funicamp (Granvalira) a 15 min.

Ven a disfrutar y a relajarte en mi acogedor ático dúplex con vistas a Vielha y a sus espectaculares montañas. Se ubica a 8 minutos de Vielha caminando y 2 minutos en coche, el ático no dispone de parking, aunque en los alrededores es fácil aparcar gratuito. El apartamento es muy luminoso, dispone de dos habitaciones con baño completo cada una, cocina equipada, comedor con sofá-cama y chimenea de leña.Es una zona muy tranquila, ya que la casa solo se compone de dos pisos.Dispone de Wifi.

Accommodation located at 1870m. Tranquility, silence and disconnection. Access by the company with 4x4, buggy or snowmobile. Not suitable for people with low physical fitness. Access to the house is by snowshoe in winter and on foot in summer. The descent is about 10 minutes and the ascent about 25 minutes also on foot with a difference in level of 150 meters. The access to the house is not simple.
