What a wonderful place to stay. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. A really tranquil, relaxing, quiet getaway, close to the beach and a wonderful stroll along the beach to Puerto Pollença. We had a fantastic time and loved the small touches like the plants, welcome food and drink, personal messages and privacy. Being able to buy organic goods from the cupboards in the kitchen and sustainable ethos were spot on. Thank you!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Nähe zu Ort und Strand ist bestechend, aber auch die Wohnung selbst hat uns gut gefallen. Die Bilder geben einen sehr passenden Eindruck! Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit zu erreichen und auch der Check-In lief ganz unkompliziert übers Handy. Einen Punkt Abzug für teils schmutziges Geschirr im Schrank und löchrige Bettwäsche - kein Drama, aber das muss beides nicht sein. Kurz vor Ostern waren einige Baustellen in direkter Nähe, aber das kommt vor.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet, verfügt über einen sonnigen Balkon und eine tolle Dachterrasse. man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause, läuft nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Der Ort war jetzt in der Nebensaison für uns angenehm ruhig, ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Bäcker hatte geöffnet, einige Restaurants auch. wir haben uns aber auch gerne in der kleinen Küche selbst versorgt. In der Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen, kleine Städtchen angucken, Strände erkunden oder einfach die Natur genießen. Angesichts der sehr negativen Erfahrungen bei unserem Mietwagenverleih würde ich beim nächsten Mal die Empfehlung des Wohnungsanbieters nehmen! Ich war mit meiner Tochter unterwegs und wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen.

This was the best place we have stayed in Majorca and we come every year! The views from the apartment were glorious- overlooking the harbour, the beach and also the mountains. So close to the beach, the best restaurants and ice creams and a little stroll from the busier main part of the port. We had a glorious relaxing holiday with so much sun and swimming- we didn’t want to leave.

Logement spacieux, très propre et conforme à la description. Une magnifique vue. L’accès à la piscine depuis la terrasse est agréable. Je recommande sans hésiter !

We have a lovely stay at Maria’s place and she is such a fantastic host! Very responsive and knowledgeable, which was much appreciated. The place itself is very nice, it was a great location for our family and you will be comfortable with or without a car. Thank you for your hospitality Maria!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung von Marina. Die Wohnung sah aus wie auf den Fotos, der Pool war nah und gross und auch das Meer in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Viele Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung. Die Kommunikation mit Marina war super und sehr hilfreich. Wir würden die Wohnung allem empfehlen, die eine schöne und entspannte Zeit in Mallorca suchen.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und wurde schon 1 Woche vor Ankunft freundlich kontaktiert. Sie war super hilfsbereit, freundlich und antwortet schnell auf Fragen. Die Betten waren besonders gut und gemütlich. Ruhige Lage, leicht zu parken und Ideal für Wanderungen. Auch Strände und kleine Badenuchten sind gleich zu erreichen. Ich kann es hier nur absolut empfehlen und habe mich selten so wohl gefühlt. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Gabriel. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Tout le nécessaire (et bien plus) est là et en bon état. L'endroit est calme et a proximité de départ de randonnées. Le port de Soller est très agréable. Gabriel est un hôte très réactif et sympathique. Nous recommandons ce logement. Patrice

l hébergement hors des sentiers battus est très calme, reposant. Le jardin et la piscine en font un petit paradis! Ralph est très accueillant est très a l ecoute des demandes. Ce fut parfait. Merci

Wir haben eine Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden! Schöne Wohnung und die Lage und der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer traumhaft! Kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen Lage mit sehr netten Nachbarn Der Ausbilck vom Balkon ist unfassbar schön - perfekt zum frühstücken. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Guillermo was a perfect host. He took the time to meet us at the property. And showed us around. He welcomed us with refreshments and food too which was so lovely. He really cared for us whilst we were there. His response time to messages was so fast. I cannot fault him or his home in any way. The kitchen had everything we needed..And all the beds and pillows were very comfy. Guillermo was super kind and accommodating in every way possible. We stayed at three different places on our holiday and Guillermo’s was by far our favourite. The property was in such a pretty setting, close to a lovely cove. And perfect for exploring the local area. Our favourite spot was the Llevant National park which had AmaIng walks and scenery. Arta was a pretty town with lots of nice places to eat and a great Market on Tuesday. There were many lovely beaches and we only wish we could have spent another week there.🙏

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Luis. Le logement est propre, conforme à la description et très pratique. Il y a une belle vue sur la montagne depuis le balcon. De plus, la location de l’appartement était parfaite, la plage et les commerces sont à proximité. La résidence est également très calme, avec une belle piscine :) Nous recommandons de passer un séjour chez Luis, si vous êtes de passage à Alcúdia !

Ik had samen met mijn 11 jarige zoon een aangenaam verblijf bij Dorothy. Het was een gezellig huisje met prive terras en een super mooie tuin! Ook de houtkachel was zeer aangenaam en de keuken is goed uitgerust (behalve een koffieapparaat ontbrak). Het enige nadeel vond ik de drukke baan als je van de tuin wilt genieten. Dorothy was zeer vriendelijk en gaf ons leuke tips voor de omgeving.

L appartement de David est très bien situé et très spacieux. L appartement dispose des équipements nécessaires et même plus ! Je recommande vivement se logement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement spacieux et paisible. L'emplacement est plutôt bien pour visiter l'île. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la piscine même fraîche (normal pour une fin avril). Merci à Christobald pour son accueil.

Gemma’s apartment is lovely and has everything you would need for 4 people. Pool is lovely and very clean and quiet when we were there. Only thing i would suggest is to give a fuller address as our transfer company and some local taxi firms had trouble finding it. Apart from that everything was great and would highly recommend.

Wir waren mit unserem Baby einen Monat im Appartement von Esteban. Die Lage ist super ruhig, direkt neben einem Supermarkt und in der Nähe von zwei Stränden. Wir haben einen Hochstuhl und ein Baby-Reisebett bekommen. Alles war super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Nach 2 Wochen wurde uns angeboten die Bettwäsche und Handtücher auszutauschen. Esteban war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mängel (z.b. kaputter Sonnenschirm) wurden schnell behoben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden das Appartement nochmal buchen.

Ik heb met mijn gezin 8 nachten mogen verblijven in het Appartement van Pedro. De locatie is geweldig, dicht bij het strand en de zee, maar dichtbij de restaurants en er zit een supermarkt op circa 200 meter. Het appartement heeft 2 prettige balkons, 1 aan de voorzijde, gedurende de dag met schaduw en 1 aan de achterzijde waar de gehele dag de zon op staat. Het appartement is volledig uitgerust, alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Maar het meest fantastische aan het appartement was Pedro, Pedro is een geweldige host die er alles aan doet om zijn gasten te laten genieten van het mooie Mallorca.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cet appartement idéalement situé a 5/10minutes à pieds de la magnifique plage d'Alcudia. l'appartement était propre dans un environnement agréable. idéal en famille de 4 avec 2 enfants. Merci encore pour votre accueil

A short break with the family at Easter, would not normally book a place so close to everything as we do lie peace and quiet. The apartment is literally across the street from the beach and situated above shops and cafes, with eateries to the left and right. The holiday was great, people watching from front balcony, then at night close the doors a peace, the apartment was as expected with no shock horrors, the area is beautiful with lots of nice walks around, beautiful coast and plenty to do. If self catering is planned the visit the eroski stores, much cheaper than the local stores. Overall a great apartment in a lovely part of Mallorca. Would definitely recommend and would return. Thank you Miguel for excellent communication and providing some basics amenities.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr schönen, gepflegte Anlage. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Von dort aus hatten wir einen guten Ausgangspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen. Das Gesamtpaket war stimmig und wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Gerne wieder 🤩
