The place had a great view, super conviene to the beach and golf as well as many restaurants. Overall a great place to stay.

Great place to stay: modern, comfortable and close to the beach. Super clean and had everything we needed. Carlos is a wonderful host answering all my questions within minutes. It’s conveniently located to places to eat and stores. Checkin/checkouts are super easy.

The house was great. It was clean and in the most beautiful area. The ocean views are a dream. Edwin and Hector were both very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this house if you want to be away from all the busyness and on the peaceful countryside of the island. Lots of local restaurants in the area that are phenomenal.

Pasamos unos días increíbles en la Villa Don Rafa. Todo estaba impecable. Un lugar tranquilo y privado. Sylvia es una anfritiona muy atenta, siempre estuvo al pendiente de todo y muy servicial. La playa queda a pasos y está espectacular. Toda la familia quedó encantada con el lugar. Volveremos❤️

What can I say!!! Getting there was a little difficult in the beginning, because of the twisting roads but once you clear that, it becomes a beautiful scenic drive. Jordan failed to moment how stunning the place actually is, the pictures don't do it justice! It is such a clean, chic, bright, beautiful, home. With breath taking views around the house!! The pool was great, every minute spent outside was worth it!! Every morning I got up just to see the sun rise, watching the sun light up the valley and touch the water, giving you a warm feeling inside. Sunset with the array of colours, just riding the coast as day turns to night, this place is the place to be!! For anything I needed or wanted Jordan and Jorge are very polite, helpful and nice. Jorge, is the property manager. They are both quick to respond and, they will take care of any questions you may have or any issues. Hopefully we can make this a yearly trip, it's the most relaxing stay I've ever had. Thank you for being great!!

Amazing! Perfect for a couples getaway! Clean, cozy and relaxing. Definitely a place to be sexy and connect with your partner. Bathing and showering under the stars was something I will never forget. This is an awesome place to be free and enjoy the beautiful gems of the island. Thank you for having us… it was unforgettable!

Cancel whatever you have booked and stay here. It was better than we could have imagined. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, the plaza below was so fun, and had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. The pool is gorgeous. Captain Dave was delightful and so responsive -we felt like we'd made a new friend. I can't say enough good things about this place. What a wonderful vacation spot.

This was the perfect house for our family trip. The outdoor space around the pool and the patio was AMAZING! We spent so much time outside, and the kids enjoyed having so much to do. There was also a lot to do in the house! We played a ton of pool, and there was lots of space for board games and hanging out. Carlos was a great host, and any issue we had was addressed immediately. One of my daughters has to be gluten-free, and when I let him know, he went out and bought brand new pans for her, so we did not have to worry about cross-contamination. It was a great house for us and we loved our vacation in Puerto Rico.

Fabulous, peaceful oceanic scene. Both homes had beautiful views of mountains and ocean. Great local restaurants and people. Somewhat of a challenge if you have small children I would suggest you buy a baby gate. I left one there in case someone needed it. Also Fran recommended a great person cook named Millie. GREAT PERSONAL COOK !!!

The place was great! Helped us bring in our bags when we got there. The Airbnb was stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Jose goes above and beyond for his house guests. Great communication between guests and host, messages were answered at times within minutes. The property is just as described and location is beautiful. No worries on power outages the property has a back-up generator and is solar powered! Just as mentioned it is best to use the coordinates Jose provides. Clear and easy instructions to all amenities on the property. He provided daily recommendations of activities. One day his co-host Norimar even stopped by with pastries and cute cookies for our children to paint! Thank you both so much for being great hosts. Now for the house ! This was a perfect location for a large group. We had 10 guests and we all were comfortable. The house has beautiful details. Just enough things to make home cooked meals and feel at home. The pool is PERFECT for kids, large pad to sit in the water. Pool toys & beach chairs available. I could go on and on! Thank you so much Jose; this trip was a huge success!

We had the most incredible experience at this vacation home in Puerto Rico for New Year’s Eve! From start to finish, the host and their team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The home was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One thing that stood out was the host’s incredible diligence during a power outage on the island. They immediately provided us with battery chargers and flashlights cooler with ice to not to loose our food in the fridge to keep us comfortable and safe. Additionally, when we had an issue with the water heater, the team reacted so quickly and had it fixed in no time. Their responsiveness and care were unmatched! Puerto Rico is an amazing destination, and staying in this home made it even better. A huge thank you to the host and their team for making our New Year’s Eve unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back! excellent location if you are want to hit the beach,vrain forest. 30 mins from old San Juan. Kids loved the pool. Whole house generator generator worked for more than 8 hrs during a power outage.

the home was VERY nice but the view was my favorite. lots of space for me and my family even met and located doggy which was very nice & friendly. Roberto was very quick 2 respond, nice. & helpful. I do recommend renting an suv because the home is high up in the mountains however once you get up there it VERY worth it.. i would stay here every time I visited & i recommend this home to anyone/family.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful home in Puerto Rico! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, stylish, and had every amenity we could possibly need. It was the perfect place for me and my friends to relax, cook meals together, and enjoy each other’s company. The location was fantastic — close to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful and private enough to feel like a real getaway. We especially loved the outdoor space, which was perfect for morning coffee or evening hangouts. Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great local recommendations. You can tell they truly care about creating a great experience for their guests. We made some unforgettable memories here, and we’re already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!

First, don't worry about the dogs - they are so cute and super friendly! The pictures make the house look a little newer than it really is but it is very well maintained. It is nice to have a private pool. The island lost power a couple of times while we were there but we still felt comfortable and safe up on the mountain with beautiful views. If you want to feel like your really staying in Puerto Rico and not a tourist, this is a perfect spot!

Our stay was great overall. The owner was fantastic however we were not very pleased with Otium as the description showed 3 bedrooms however they are separate units. Since this was not clearly explained in the Airbnb listing, we overpaid for something we did not use. We were not able to use the other unit at all as we have small children that we can’t separate to a whole separate unit. When I called to discuss, I was told I would get a call back and I have yet to receive a call regarding a partial refund.

Had a great time at Villa Perla. The house is very nice, clean, welcoming. Feels right at home. The hosts was very attentive and very helpful with any questions I had. I Recommend Perla home if your looking to stay and be somewhere peaceful, calm and clean. Lovely place to vacation. The Hosts Cristian & Perla make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible and are very friendly love it. Looking foward to booking with them again on our next vacations.

This place is beautiful and peaceful. Host was responsive. When we first arrived we had some minor hiccups with hot water but it was quickly resolved and taken care of. The ac in the kitchen did not work but the other split units cooled off the apt relatively quickly. Besides that-We felt safe and very comfortable. There is little room for growth as the property is well maintained, and cared of, etc. However, a washer/dryer would be great since the property has a pool-otherwise more towels would have been great. We had enough towels but we had to go find a place to wash them in the middle of our stay. The terrace was not available but we knew ahead of time and it will look amazing once it is fixed. I would def come back here. Gil and Adriana were real good hosts.

We had a wonderful vacation as a family of 4. We have two older teenagers and everyone enjoyed the time at Palmas!

We had an unforgettable stay at a beautiful home in Humacao. The property was even more stunning in person, with an infinity pool offering breathtaking ocean views. I enjoyed watching the sunrise with my morning coffee and the full moon rising over the ocean each evening. The property's privacy made it a peaceful retreat. The spacious home was well-maintained and had all the modern conveniences. It was clear the owner takes great pride in the property, with everything from comfortable beds to beach items being top-notch. One standout feature was the media room, perfect for movie nights or watching sports. With my family of five, including college-age sons, there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and feel at home. Overall, this home exceeded all our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a private, peaceful, and luxurious getaway in Puerto Rico.

Angelina and her husband Fidel were awesome host. The property is beautiful and both Angelina and Fidel were helpful with information and guidance with all house anemeties. The property has a spectacular view of the beach and ocean. Surely a heavenly view! I recommend it for any family, looking for room accommodation, and a wonderful time!
