12 The Lane is situated down a rural private lane. It is a luxurious self contained studio on a lifestyle block approximately 10 minutes to Palmerston North and 5 Minutes to Ashhurst and 15 minutes to Massey University by car. There is small kitchenette with a microwave, jug, toaster and tea, coffee and a small selection of cereals. Plenty of off street parking with room for bigger vehicles and trailers. You may meet our big fluffy cat Pepper, kitten Ink, crazy chickens and our friendly sheep.

Connected to my glass art studio is a bright, secluded visitors suite with a double bedroom, bathroom en suite, and off street parking. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a section of hot drinks as well as free wifi and Chromecast. A private sanctuary at the end of a cul de sac halfway between the city and Massey giving you easy access to local amenities. My garden hosts a lovely family of Tui who tumble and chat as they enjoy their feeders and the established native trees.

Welcome to Harakeke Retreat Relax in our detached Guesthouse adjacent to bush at the rear of our home. The Guesthouse has private parking & Digital Lock access. It has its own lounge with sofa bed, work station and buffet counter. There is a seperate queen bedroom and ensuite with bidet. Our home is semi-rural providing peace and starry night skies. Our location is convenient being only 5-10 minutes to Summerhill shopping centre, IPU & Massey Uni. It is only 10-15 minutes to the city CBD.

Just a 8 minute drive from Palmerston North CBD, in the small village of Longburn. We have a newly renovated guest house situated at the back of our property. With three bedrooms and a fold out couch to relax on while you watch T.V. You will be kept warm in the winter and cool in the summer with a central system throughout this beautiful space. One car or a car and trailer can be parked safely on the property if required. We have two cats but do not allow pets. Parties are prohibited. .

Our place is Located on the outskirts of Ashhurst with semi-rural feel. Your room is separate from the house. It has a comfy double bed, you have your own shower, toilet and laundry with a small kitchen with an oven microwave and air fryer. Fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle also in kitchen. Tea and coffee are provided in your room. Your space is separate from our main house in a Kiwi style sleep-out attached to the garage.
