Casa Marroquí (formerly known as Muzzen Muzzef) was designed by our parents after their trip to Morocco in the 70s. Its arches, domes and stained glass details are some of the enchanting architectural features they so admired and wanted to bring home with them. This unique property meets the shores of Lake Atitlán, which is one of the most wonderful lakes in the world. Its cobalt blue waters and the three volcanoes surrounding it make the view from the house a breathtaking experience.

Ten acres of beautiful gardens and a shared pool overlook the lake and volcanoes, creating a paradise for birdwatchers and nature lovers. There are 6 properties on the estate. Please note there are many steps from the dock to the property. Arrive by boat only, and bring a torch if arriving after dark.
