Lovely place - very private but walkable to local shop and pub, and close to Blenheim, Oxford, and the Cotswolds. Very comfortable, feels like home. Sarah is very helpful and responsive. Definitely recommended.

Really good value for a 4 bedroom house, and very convenient for transport links supermarket etc. Third time our group has stayed here. The midday checkout takes the pressure off on the last day. Speedy and straightforward communication - thanks Dholma.

Lovely stay at Kate’s cottage. Beautiful surroundings and plenty of space to roam. Very cozy cottage that was well stocked (eg, fans, kitchen crockery, books). Good location to explore the area. Kate and her family were are very generous people, always available to answer any questions and give local recommendations. Her son gave our boys football lessons! The electric vehicle charging point was really handy to have on site.

Andre gave very clear instructions about the property. It was in a good location, being within a few yards of a nice play park for our daughter. It was about a half hour walk into Windsor for us with a four year old. Handy to have a small Waitrose and a Tesco so close. The road the house is on is a narrow lane that is not a through road and so parking (with a larger vehicle) to unload was not feasible, especially given that there were people trying to drive up and down the road. I would recommend unloading elsewhere for ease. There is parking on the surrounding streets and we felt the car was safe.

When looking at this property, I initially felt it appeared fairly expensive. However having finished my stay, I can confirm that it was so worth it. The hosts were easy to communicate with, made accessing the location easy and even offered several food packages from the on site butchers. The property itself was beautiful, in such a lovely and private location. The large TV equipped with Netflix & Music and log burner makes for a cosy night in after using the outdoor kitchen and BBQ and hot tub. The property was cleaned to a great state and everything was in good condition. The facilities provided are far beyond what you would expect in an Airbnb. We had such a lovely and relaxed evening. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

lovely place to stay on a live working farm, all animals are amazing kids and our selves will miss them! hot tub was one of the best we have been in held the heat really well. views from the place are amazing host and family are lovely people too. definitely will be coming back

House was wonderful. The photos do not do justice to the rooms and grounds. The furnishings, artwork and kitchen supplies are stunning. You are stumbling distance from a pub and grocery. And not much further to a walk along the thames.

The first thing to say about Paul's place is that it actually exceeded our already high expectations. The house is bigger and even nicer than we were expecting, and the garden is the real highlight. We stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate our friend's birthday and were extremely lucky with the weather which made it the perfect stay. So much space to spend the day relaxing in the garden, paddling in the stream, and lovely country walk options too. The house itself is well equipped with everything we needed to cook a big meal for 15 and was big enough to not feel crammed in with that many people there. We all absolutely loved our stay and didn't want to leave, and are already trying to find an excuse to come back again soon!

Gorgeous English Country Barn

Our stay at the Oak Barn at Hedsor was wonderful. The lodging itself is beautiful with large bedrooms and a huge sitting and dining area upstairs beneath the large oak beams. The location worked well as it allowed us to explore the Thames Valley and make two day trips into London. The estate property is beautiful, so do walk and note the different trees and plantings. We highly recommend this property and the people who live and work there.

The place was absolutely beautiful and very easy to access and get in. The view of the chickens and other animals from the bed was absolutely spectacular and we loved waking up to it every morning. I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely book again if I’m back in the area!

Me and my partner went away for a couple of nights and wanted to extend our visit somewhere and luck would have it we found the cute cottage! We felt so comfortable and at home here! The hosts were fantastic and welcoming! The views were beautiful and surroundings were stunning! Couldn’t ask for anything more! Would definitely recommend and will be returning! We had a wonderful stay! The setting was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a romantic escape. There was so much to enjoy right at the accommodation—the aqua centre was a real treat, and we had great fun relaxing in the snooker room. The space was clean, cosy, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made everything smooth from start to finish. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to couples looking for a romantic and relaxing stay in a unique location.

We were delighted with our stay at the Coach House. As well as being spotlessly clean it was furnished and decorated in a pleasing “ Country Chic” way, which was entirely appropriate. We loved the privacy and leafiness of the surroundings and woke to the sound of the dawn chorus and nothing else! Alison could not have been more helpful, but only came to us when needed. Highly recommended.

Terraced cottage 10 minutes walk t the centre of Windsor, 2 minutes walk to the river. Walk into town was via the river path or park area, easy and pleasant. House had all the amenitities we needed we felt very comfortable. Andrew gave helpful directions, restaurant and other local ideas and was very approachable if needed.
