Houten huisjes in Paradise

The house was perfect for a large group of family to get together for a ski weekend, we had some of the group ski and some stayed back and the house was a perfect place to hangout with everyone.

All I can say is WOW!!!! The property was even more beautiful in person. It was absolutely gorgeous. Katy really has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. It's luxury in a secluded slice of heaven. The property was meticulous. Everything was chosen with care and attention to detail. From the linens, the pillows, the towels...to the supplies in the kitchen. The coffee bar was great. The welcome basket was wonderful with a personalized note. The games, the kayaks and paddle boards and the views!! Just outstanding! All the lighting details..the bonfire pit..the outdoor furniture. Even our dog was thought of providing towels, bowls, poop bags. Katy was wonderful to work with. She was very clear and detailed with instructions and ideas on places to eat, things to do, you name it. She was very responsive and you could tell she really cared about our stay. The hot tub was a bonus!! Even the bathroom was gorgeous!!! We LOVED our stay!!!

Awesome place. Stayed here with 4 adults and 3 kids for snowmobiling. Great trail access, homey feel, nailed all of the little extras and everyone enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of riding. Thanks Matt!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Utensils in the kitchen, board games to play as well as comfortable beds to sleep in. The hot tub was an absolute must, and it didn’t disappoint! Kimberly was quick to respond to any questions, and when the weather was too dangerous to travel in on our morning of check out, she allowed us to stay another night to make sure we could travel safe. Highly recommend! We will be returning!

The cabin was wonderful. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved the hot tub. Jack is communicative and accommodating.

Wonderful to hear the waves of Superior rolling in as we decompressed after a long day of work in the area. Very comfortable, and the sauna was great after a long day of fieldwork in the area.

We were originally drawn in by the hot tub and remote location, but the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The view and surroundings were stunning, and the rustic exterior of the cabin was charming. The screened porch with the hot tub and cozy seating was a highlight. Inside, the cabin was beautifully finished with detailed wood trim, modern bathrooms (yes, two!), comfy beds, and a well-stocked kitchen. The wood stove with plenty of firewood and heated floors added a luxurious touch. Extras like USB chargers, strong Wi-Fi, TVs in every room, and modern lighting made it even better. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Awesome place to stay for the family and the neighbors with kids were great!

Had the absolute best stay!! Beautiful place right on the lake. We were able to watch the sunrise every morning and take the kayaks out to enjoy the incredible fall foliage along the lake. Place itself was cozy and had all of the amenities we could have asked for! Lindsey was a fantastic host - let us check in a little early, offered for us to check out late if we'd like, was super responsive, and even left us s'mores supplies and cute mugs to take as souvenirs! Within 45 min from Pictured Rocks where we did a beautiful hike as well. Overall had an incredible trip and would definitely stay at this AirBnB again!! We were so sad to leave!

Great couple days of snowmobiling! Cabin was close to trails and rentals. So nice to come in with fireplace to warm us. Kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. Really enjoyed the whole experience!!

This little slice of Paradise was exactly what we needed for a group weekend getaway. It was the perfect size for 5 adults and a dog. Having the heated garage area was so nice while we took off our layers of snow gear and for keeping wet boots out of the house but somewhere for them to dry. The cabin is a great central location for a lot of different day trips if you're planning on exploring. Chirron was very helpful and responsive. The cabin was the perfect place to get away from it all and recharge. We hope to come back again soon!

We loved our stay at the 3 little cottages! It has everything we needed and more. The lakeside area was perfect for our kids. We enjoyed the use of kayaks as well. The cottages were clean and comfortable and had all basic amenities covered. We enjoyed all the extra toys provided in the shed. Lori was so helpful and friendly. We were so sad to leave and can not wait to come back next year!

My Husband and I absolutely loved the cabin. It was a great small spacious place for just the two of us. It was very clean while taking care of.. we actually added two more stays and she was very nice and responsive. Absolutely love the place and will be returning when we go back up there.

These guys are great! Well maintained and always clean! All the essentials to cook and hang out. Been staying here the past 5 years for sled trips and will keep coming in years to come!

Durea's place was amazing! First I have to acknowledge she was always SUPER helpful and responsive and she would always respond when emerging travel situations came up which was so nice. The place is also really really awesome. The cabin was more than we expected (totally felt in a glamping situation) and I would say its location is also really good because even though everything is "far" in the UP , the location is very centric to Pictured Rocks, Tahquamenon Falls , Kitchi iti kipi and other things so definitely a place to consider. Outside of that the cabin is really comfortable and they really go out of their way to make you feel at home. The bathrooms were always in super clean condition with running hot water and the cabin itself was super comfortable. Would highly recommend

Penny was amazing! The cabin was perfect with everything we needed. We arrived way later than what we intended on due to traffic and Penny was in constant communication with us during our trip. She even left the porch and kitchen lights on for us since we were arriving well after dark. Penny lives right next door, so if we ever needed anything, it was taken care of almost immediately. She would even let us know when she was going to be gone for a bit so we were aware. I enjoyed sitting on the back patio each morning with my coffee listening to the birds and other wildlife. So relaxing! My husband and son took the row boat out a few times and went fishing. We even did a bonfire our last night there and made smores. Couldn't have asked for a better or more relaxing stay. perfect for what we were looking for. a great get away and place to unplug. would recommend for anyone looking to have a central location between all the hotspots of the UP. thank you steve and mary!

This was the PERFECT place for a simple, serene getaway. Had more amenities that expected for a "rustic" accommodation. Great location away from everything. Just what we needed and love. Can't say enough about how awesome and PERFECT the accommodations/property was- SO wonderful!

My husband and I loved this little cabin in the woods! Perfect for our relaxing getaway! We even imagined bringing our kids someday. We liked that it was secluded without being extremely far from good eating spots.

We stayed in this place years and years ago several times. Back when it was cross-country cottage. There have been many updates since then. Very comfortable. Everything we needed to cook meals with quality cookware. Couldn’t be happier with the service and kindness we received.

Cabin in the Cedars was exceptional. Comfortable and cozy. We loved watching the freighters and a couple tugboats go by. It was perfect for my good friend and I to hang out and catch up. So quiet! We slept very well in the comfortable beds and we had everything we needed in the kitchen! We explored all of the island and the cabin was a great starting and ending point. We already are planning to return in the spring/summer

Had a great relaxing girls weekend. Would definitely come back in the future!
