My Cool House

A minimal decorated appartment very close to the sea (200m)with great view. The big garden full of olive trees and many mediterranean plants completes the view from the balconys. House's proximity to all the famous and luxury resorts and other famous islands ( like spetses) makes your experience to Porto Heli unforgettable. Finally guests can bring their own boat as there is a private jetty very close to the villa (0,2 Km) , where they can use it for free and keep their boats safe and secure.

Villa Salanti

Villa Salanti offers a serene retreat featuring two private beaches. Just a few meters from the beach, a patio invites you to enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. Inside the house, you'll find two bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with comfortable seating, and one and a half bathrooms. In the evenings, a terrace provides a perfect place to witness spectacular sunsets. Aditionally, the villa promotes environmental responsibility by relying on solar energy harvested from its rooftop.

KKhouses - "Eastern I" House with astonishing view

"Eastern I" is a two-storey, 90m2 house. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a bathroom. On the second floor there is a living-dining room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, WC and a big veranda with breathtaking views of the port. To reach "Eastern I" we climb around 200 stairs from the center of Hydra, but the view from the verandas and the rooms is breathtaking and it surely compensates for the stair ascent.

The Old Harbor house

The house is on the 1st floor of an old mansion, recently renovated and located in the Old Harbor just 20m from the sea. It offers wonderful sea view. Big families and friends can easily be accommodated. It's close to famous restaurants and bars. There is a mini market in 1min walking distance. You can take a sea taxi or horse carriage just 100m from the house. The town center & port of the island is 20min walking distance or 5min by taxi, horse carriage or motorcycle/bicycle.

Olive Trees House is a charming house, located in the bay of Mandraki, 20-25 minutes walk from the port. The house is detached, quiet, a bit high up on the hillside in an authentic and preserved environment. You will be dazzled by the extraordinary view of the sea. It is surrounded by olive trees, two lemon trees and a fig tree. Its two terraces, each with its own shaded pergola, offer a beautiful 180° view of the sea and the neighbouring hills.

Το διαμερισμα φιλοξενει ανετα 4 ατομα καθως διαθετει 1 king size κρεβατι, 1 ανετο καναπε-κρεβατι, 1 πληρως εξοπλισμενη κουζινα και 1 μπανιο.
