Διαθέτει κουζίνα, σαλόνι, μπάνιο , 2 υπνοδωμάτια και στο πίσω μέρος μεγάλο και ήσυχο κήπο. Περιλαμβάνει επίσης WiFi, κλιματισμό και τηλεόραση σε κάθε δωμάτιο, ψυγείο, μάτια κουζίνας, βραστήρα, πλυντήριο ρούχων, πιστολάκι μαλλιών, ηλεκτρικό σίδερο.

Η οικία Τzaneti είναι ένας μοντέρνος χώρος που βρίσκεται στο Λιμένα Θάσου, είναι μόνο 300 μέτρα από την κοντινότερη παραλία, Αι Βασίλης και 1,5 χιλ από το κέντρο της πόλης. Διαθέτει έναν όμορφο κήπο, με τραπέζι και παγκακια!!! Το σπίτι βρίσκεται απέναντι από τον ιερό ναό της Αγίας Τριάδας και δίπλα υπάρχει μία παιδική χαρά. Ο περιβάλλων χώρος περιστοιχιζεται από δέντρα , σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά. Στα 50 μέτρα είναι το πλησιέστερο super market.
