The small studio (18 sqm) is located at the most beautiful and well-known point of Ioannina, just few steps from the lake and thethe pier where the boats departs to the island . The studio and its large terrace offers panoramic view of the lake, the castle, the traditional settlement, the city and the mountains. All the monuments and museums of the city are within a 10-minute walk. There are cafes and restaurants in the area. A little further is the lively pedestrian street of the old market.

Central 2-bedroom apt with terrace view in Parga

Relax with the whole family or friends at this central and peaceful place to stay. In walking distance (2 min) from castle, 3 min. from port and 5 min. from beach (downhill). Fully equipped. The apartment (1st floor) has access to shared roof terrace (3rd floor), where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the city and Ionian sea, while taking breakfast or dinner. (All outdoor photos are from shared roof terrace/sea view only from shared roof terrace.) Restaurants, market, coffee places nearby.

Moreover, the Green bakery, a gym, the health center, and the a supermarket are all minutes away. Convenient distance from Kryoneri and Valtos beach (max 20 mins walk). A studio apartment with a view of the Ionian Sea, just 2 km from the historic centre of Preveza. The apartment features a large double bed, a sofa bed (sleeping area 130*190 cm), and a fully equipped kitchen. The seaside area of Pantokratoras is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Preveza, with a lovely beach right below the apartment, as well as several others within less than 1 km. Amazing view from a small apartment

This cozy apartment, located in Plataria, offers a breath-taking view of the village and it may accomodate up to 3 people. Plataria is a peacefull and quiet place where one may enjoy the beach, the food and its natural beauty. Parga, Syvota, Perdika and Igoumenitsa are just a few minutes away by car. Parking space and barbecue are also available.

ILEKTRA Studio Apartment

Καλώς ήρθατε στο ILEKTRA ,ένα άνετο και ήσυχο studio με μεγάλο μπαλκόνι. Βρίσκεται στον 1ο όροφο μιας μικρής οικογενειακής πολυκατοικίας και είναι σε απόσταση αναπνοής από τον κεντρικό δρόμο,τον ποδηλατόδρομο της πόλης μας και αρκετά κοντά σε εστιατόρια και super market. Άπλετος άνετος χώρος για πάρκινγκ ακριβώς μπροστά στο διαμέρισμα.
