This was by far the most beautiful place we stayed, Angelo’s and Jason were so amazing and accommodating. The most beautiful beach house we have ever booked with clear waters, squeaky clean place. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Chios, they were so helpful when coming to book a taxi and were soooo flexible on check in! The food was absolutely delicious, and their staff were so welcoming and warming. The fact that you were two steps away from the beach, had your own chairs and balcony was amazing. I cannot grasp how beautiful this stay was and recommend to everyone and anyone!

The house and garden is even more beautiful, relaxing and peaceful than the description! John and Maria have been such fantastic hosts, Maria baked us an amazing cake to welcome us, and left us a bottle of local wine which was delicious. Sotiris and John have given us lots of interesting information about things to do and see, they are perfect hosts, very responsive, they are there if you want to ask something or need something but also leave you to enjoy your holiday. There is everything we need, the bed is very comfortable, the house is like home and tasteful, Maria keeps it looking lovely and changes our sheets every week. They have made a paradise, we will come again!

Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ καλή. η κυρία Ελένη μας υποδέχτηκε με το ζεστό χαμόγελο της, με την άψογη εξυπηρέτηση της, ειχε ψωνισει για το καλωσόρισμα , υπέρ του δέοντος πράγματα και καλούδια από τον κήπος της. Γλυκύτατη και ότι απορίες είχαμε μας απαντούσε πάντα. Επίσης κ κα. Λέα άψογη, με λεπτομερής οδηγίες για όλη την περιοχή, μαγαζιά, σούπερ μάρκετ, ταξί, διαδρομές, αξιοθέατα κλπ ενδιαφέρθηκε στη διάρκεια της παραμονής μας αν είναι όλα εντάξει. το μπαλκόνι του σπιτιού τεράστιο πολύ ωραίο, με θέα το πραινο και το βουνό. πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή και με σημαντικό προσόν το κλειστό ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ. ευχαριστούμε πολύ Λέα και κα. Ελένη.

Despina was an amazing host. We checked in at 11pm at night because of a late flight and she was there to greet us which was so accommodating. They clean daily - so if you’re not interested in having someone come by then kindly ask them to forgo at check in. The airbnb is on a steep hill (which is classic for Greece) so did not bother me as I’ve been to Greece a lot. Just be aware if you are driving a car to make sure you’re comfortable with that. It was so nice having the beach and pool so close! Also have masticha trees on the route to the airbnb which was a treat. Nice clean space. The one bedroom downstairs does not have AC but the other two rooms do. Lots of space and it was great having bathrooms which tubs since we had an infant and did baths there. A rare find in Greece!

Beste Unterkunft,die wir jemals bei rbnb gebucht haben.Gepflegt,sauber und sehr geräumig.Maria hat immer geholfen ,wenn wir Fragen hatten.Sie hat Gebäck und Saft für uns bereitgestellt. Katarraktis ist ein schönes,ruhiges Dorf mit absolut freundlichen Menschen. Ich kann die Wohnung von Anasthasios sehr weiter empfehlen!

One of if not the best Airbnbs we have stayed at. Apartment is amazing and the views are spectacular. Felt like home since the very first moment and Catalatina and Marco are wonderfull people and amazing hosts. Will come back!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Stavros' place. From the warm welcome we received upon arrival to the thoughtful gesture of stocking the fridge with water, yogurts, and snacks, Stavros truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The spacious accommodations were perfect for our family, and the cleanliness of the space was outstanding. We especially enjoyed the lovely terrace, providing a nice spot to relax. Overall, our experience was fantastic and we highly recommend this Airbnb listing. Thank you, Stavros, for a memorable stay!

Wir haben unsere fünf Tage im Häuschen von Despoina und Ioannis sehr genossen. Schon der Weg dorthin, an Mastixbaum-Plantagen vorbei, ist sehr schön. Das Haus befindet sich oberhalb vom Vroulidia Beach mit außergewöhnlichem Blick in die Bucht und auf das Meer. Der Strand ist auch schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Ort ist klein und ruhig, es sind wenige Häuser in der Gegend und die Nachbarn gegenüber der Straße sind super nett. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind toll zum Verweilen, das geräumige Einraumhaus, mit einfacher, aber gut ausgestatteter Küche und separatem Bad, schön eingerichtet. Despoina hatte sogar für viele leckere Aufmerksamkeiten für den Start gesorgt. Auch die Kommunikation mit ihr war sehr freundlich, und schnell, sie gab viele Hinweise und Tipps für das Haus und die Umgebung; auch vor Ort in einem hilfreichen Manual zusammengefasst. Die Gegend ist wirklich toll: Pyrgi, Mesta, Avlonia (zu Fuß möglich) usw. Es lohnt sich wirklich sehr!

We had an unforgettable holiday with our family at this beautiful beachfront villa in Komi, Chios. Being just a few steps away from the beach was a real joy, especially for the kids. The place was peaceful, clean, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Thank you for everything — we would definitely love to come back!
