Included with your stay is some basic breakfast provisions such as: tea, coffee, hot chocolate & simple range of cereals & spreads. Situated in "cool country" Trentham, the Chef’s Shed was originally built in 1860, and has been lovingly transformed into a cosy, spacious and unique place to stay. It has quirky living spaces, including a loft, and wide, stunning views over the land around, even from the private sauna which can be used for a modest fee. From here you can explore the region. We are surrounded by nature, and a few minutes from The Falls and historic Trentham with cafes, pubs, walking tracks and a lot of history.

Our cosy, 1860's cottage has a self checkin entrance & sits in a private garden with views to the old barn. The living room, kitchenette, bedroom & bathroom make an ideal getaway for couples. Set on four acres, the property backs onto a treed area alongside the Werribee River. It has chickens & friendly alpacas to visit, but is a mere 5 minute walk into town. Ballan is the perfect base from which to explore Daylesford, Trentham, Blackwood, Creswick & Ballarat. All are within a 30 minute drive.
