This is our 3rd time staying at Joseph & Kelly’s place! It is always a pleasure! They make you feel right at home and are willing to help with any need! We love this place and plan to return very soon!

Really really enjoyed my stay this is for someone who likes outdoors and unique scenery !! The indoors is really small really only to sleep and watch some tv the experience is definitely all outdoors it feels like a nature paradise! I would strongly only recommend coming if u can adjust to the outdoors and nature 🥰 only thing I will say is there are ALOT OF STAIRS LOL😭 but the host is very responsive and gives you everything you need to enjoy your stay 🥰 my favorite part is the jacuzzi and the hammocks

Our stay at Linda’s place was great! Nice touches with hand written notes and snacks to welcome us. Absolutely beautiful garden and outdoor area. You can tell there’s a lot of care that goes into to the property. Inside was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would overall recommend.

Our stay here was quick, but just what we were looking for—peaceful and quiet. Our family of six stayed, and one reason we chose it was because each of our four kids would have their own bed. No pillow barriers needed haha. Speaking of beds, these were the *most* comfortable ones we’ve used at an AirBnB. The space was comfy, inviting, and super cool. We loved looking at all the music industry memorabilia, too; what a neat legacy for Michele to share with her AirBnB guests! One thing to note: the place is a converted garage so it is cooled and heated with a mini-split. It wasn’t turned on when we got there, and we wish it had been because it was a pretty cold, drizzly night (December) and took a long time to heat up. So if you stay here, maybe request that it be turned on in advance of your arrival. I’m sure the property management wouldn’t mind at all because they were nothing but accommodating and welcoming. Our big family felt lucky to find this place to stay while in the area.

MK is a fantastic host! Her place is in a wonderful, central location that allows you to easily get around LA which is saying a lot as LA can be a tough city to get around in. The home matched the description and photos. MK was very accommodating, flexible, kind, and responsive - thank you for a great stay!

This cottage is AMAZING ! My husband, my two German Shepherds, and I came to SoCal for a last minute trip and booked this place while on the road. Once booked, the hosts immediately sent us communication to express their thanks for booking and share info regarding our stay. The hosts were very communicative, which helped for a smooth stay. We were very pleased with the cottage and a few highlights include a SQUEAKY CLEAN place, comfy bed + pillows & futon, SO much space for a cottage, a BEAUTIFUL bathroom with clean linens, a nice shaded patio (our dogs loved enjoying the weather outside), and a peaceful private location. We travel to SoCal often and will keep this cottage saved for future trips ! Thank you hosts for opening your beautiful space for us to enjoy ! We had family staying in nearby hotels and they were JEALOUS of our stay ! 10/10 recommended !! ✨

My daughter and I had a fantastic stay. Everything was as described, and we felt completely at home. The location is perfect - quiet and safe. I enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and checking out all of the beautiful houses. The bungalow was very well-equipped with everything we needed. My only issue (which was only mine) was that cabinets were really high up for me (I’m only 5’0), but wasn’t an issue for my much taller daughter. The patio was also a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather we had. We will definitely stay here again when we’re visiting So. Cal.

Perfect for the three of us! Location was very peaceful and quiet. Street parking was great, the farthest we parked was maybe just two houses away. Host was very responsive and quick to resolve any issue. I would definitely stay again and recommend for future stays! The kitchen is stocked pretty well with all the necessities would need; pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, toaster oven, microwave, kureg etc. big fridge as well. Felt just at home. Thank you so much again for a wonderful stay and experience!

My husband and I spent 2 days at Darryl’s beach cottage in Malibu. The house is beautiful and the location just amazing. It is simply lovely and you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Darryl was very helpful and responded in a timely manner to all of our questions. After spending the days in a very busy Los Angeles, returning to the beach cottage was the highlight of our days. And we were very happy with the choice we made. There is a whole foods market just 2 minutes drive away. The beach is right in front of the house. On our last morning we had breakfast out on the terrace and a group of 3 whales passed right in front of the cottage! Such an amazing thing to see from your front porch! We highly recommend staying here!

Great little house. Super cute. I will caution anyone who wants a soft bed, this is not the place for you. The beds are incredibly firm and make for tough sleeping if you’re a softer bed type. My husband would have loved the beds.

It was a pleasure to stay with Don. He was very friendly and responsive. The apartment was well furnished, comfortable and spotless. It is minutes from stores and several interesting areas and restaurants. We will stay there again if we need housing in Los Angeles.

It was an amazing stay. The place is super clean, private, and provides such a calm LA vibe. The water pressure in the shower was amazing, and the beds were very comfortable. Also, there is plenty of free and safe parking on the streets aside from the private parking that comes with the place. I will certainly consider staying here again when in LA.

The home was great for what we needed! The home was very nice and the area was peaceful. Would recommend if you need a place to sleep while you go out and about during the day!

Craig was friendly, helpful, responsive, and provided great local recommendations. The Airbnb was exactly what I needed for a solo trip, and the location was quiet despite being only a few blocks south of the busiest part of Hollywood. I highly recommend staying here.

stayed for proximity to Dodgers Stadium. beautiful historic home and neighborhood. Didn't use it, but metrorail station is a short walk away. Parking was fine on the street out front. Nice park for running or walking nearby. Grocery, fast food and restaurants all within walking distance. would certainly stay here again.

Cozy place with a beautiful hedged in front yard. Moments away from the pier, beach and many restaurants/coffee spots. Wendy was an amazing host and more than accommodating. Would definitely come back!

Wir waren super zufrieden. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und die Lage war super. Nachts war es sehr ruhig da die Unterkunft in einer Seitenstraße ist. Die Unterkunft war sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Parken konnte man direkt vor dem Eingang der Unterkunft. Für uns war es auch ein Pluspunkt, dass eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner vorhanden war. Wir würden diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen 😊

A great home base for a small familie's adventures in Los Angeles.

Chuck and Adrian were a great host. They were very easy to communicate and provided clear instructions. We absolutely loved the cottage - a very charming cottage in the Studio Village.

Was absolutely adorable it was a planned trip for my boyfriend and me but instead it was a friend of mine and me was very comfortable and cozy and overall a perfect little get away spot would definitely recommend it to my friends
