This is a very welcoming and very private Pasadena/ Deer Park home. Only you and your guests will reside on the property and no one else. It has a self check- in key code so late night check ins are ok. It has a very private large backyard (see pictures). It is about a half mile from Beltway 8 and 2 miles from 225. 20 minutes to downtown or League City. Enough room for 6 people with 2 bedrooms and an air mattress. Outstanding Clear Lake City, Houston home only 5 minutes to NASA JSC and 20 minutes to Downtown Houston, or the Kemah Boardwalk! The home features a huge pool and spa with a 4 ton rock waterfall! The pool and spa can be heated. Spa is free to heat but we charge to heat the pool in winter. The back patio is exceptionally large and perfect for enjoying the outdoor space day and night. What can I say about the house itself? This was our own home for 18 years and we made it delightful!
