Beautiful and spacious home in Land o Lakes, FL. Great area and quite neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. We have a Publix about 5 minutes down the road. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath heated pool home is located in Woodtrail Village in New Port Richey. Fully equipped kitchen with a heated pool (Owner has it set at 80) overlooking a pond will make for that perfect vacation. Great neighborhood and set back away from it all but close enough to everything you could want. 2 cars maximum. No more than 6 guests are allowed in the home at any given time. No parking on grass.
