Vakantiewoningen in een villa in Pašman

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Unterkunft! Die Ausstattung ist top, man hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Der beheizbare Pool war super. Das Haus ist modern und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt!

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad bij Villa Marija. Het is een erg mooie villa, rustig gelegen. Heel mooi uitzicht. We konden eerder inchecken, dat was erg fijn. We kregen nog goede tips voor restaurants in de buurt. Al met al een hele fijne vakantie gehad!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit hier. Smilja ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, gut zu erreichen und das Haus ist wunderschön. Absolute Empfehlung, gerne wieder!

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

Je recommande fortement ce logement, c est bien situé et super joli, Ivan est un hote tres sympathique et tres reactif auxdemandes. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances. Merci Ivan 😊

Pobyt w tym miejscu był niesamowity! Marija i jej mąż byli bardzo pomocni, kontakt z nimi był bardzo przyjemny. Cała willa - coś pięknego! Wygląda jeszcze lepiej niż na zdjęciach! Z całego serca polecam każdemu kto chce się zrelaksować i podziwiać piękną naturę.

Wir waren mit einer Freundesgruppe da und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Villa ließ keine Wünsche offen und war qualitativ auf einem sehr hohem Niveau! Dominik war jederzeit erreichbar und engagiert unseren Aufenthalt problemlos zu halten! Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen!!

Für uns, 7 Erwachsene und zwei Kleinkinder war es eine tolle Woche. wir hatten genug Platz und ein Kinderbett stand auch zur Verfügung. Fernab von Stress und mit allem was wir benötigen. tolle Lage, tolles Haus. Das Pool und Whirlpool beheizt sind konnten wir auch Ende Oktober/Anfang November noch ausgiebig baden. Bis zum Meer ist es mit dem Auto etwas zwanzig Minuten. Und hat es sehr gut gefallen.

The outdoor space is fantastic and a great place to use as a home base for your trip. We loved the pool and deck. The sea is less than 5 minutes down the road and an easy walk (including with a stroller) to a rocky beach that’s very swimmable. There are bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and pharmacy within easy walking distance as well. Our group rented the whole house which is broken up into three two bedroom apartments and easily fit our group of 9, while still allowing for some privacy across the 3 families. We were able to park 3 cars without issue. Wifi works well as did appliances. The house is in a residential neighborhood so quiet times are enforced, particularly outdoor noise after 10pm. Ida and her family were responsive and the house was as advertised. Thanks for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful week at this villa in Vinišće, a quiet village near Split. The villa was spotless, spacious, and had great features like the pool, jacuzzi, and a stunning bay view. Traveling with two dogs, we appreciated how accommodating the host was. The host also recommended a boat rental company we happily used. The location was peaceful and remote, ideal for a relaxing low-season retreat. The kitchen was well-equipped with a great coffee machine, and plenty of towels were provided. One of our favorite memories was cooking pizza on the outdoor stone grill while enjoying the view and music. There were a few small inconveniences: the EV charger didn’t work initially, the pool heater wasn’t functioning, and by the end of the week, the jacuzzi water became smelly. However, these didn’t affect our overall experience. We highly recommend this villa for a family-friendly stay and would love to return!

Es war toll bei Sabina! Sie und ihr Mann haben uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt. Zur Begrüßung gab es ein riesiges Verpflegungspaket inkl. Obstkorb, Schinken, Käse, Brot, Wein, kaltem Bier, Süßigkeiten und sogar einer einer vollausgestatteten Bar! Großartig. Als wir sagten wir werden auch mal grillen, stand am nächsten Tag ein Sack Grillkohle vor der Türe. Das Haus selbst ist sehr sauber und bietet alles was man braucht. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick über die kleine ruhige Bucht. Es gibt einen schönen Strand mit mehreren hippen Strandbars, einem Bootsverleih und ein super Fischrestaurant direkt nebenan. Man ist super schnell zu Fuß in Tribunj oder mit dem Auto oder Boot in Šibenik. Alles in allem eine super Lage. Wir reisten mit Baby, auch hier wurde uns alles zur Verfügung gestellt was wir brauchten (Babybett, Hochstuhl usw.). Zum Abschied brachte Sabina uns nochmal ein Geschenk für das Kind und Wein für uns mit. Vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder! :)

We had a lovely time in Marijas Villa. Everything is as described in the Airbnb-Ad. Marija is very friendly and available at any time for questions and recommendations. She is one of the best host i have ever had. We were very thankful to have her.

Dies war unser erstes Mal im wunderschönen Kroatien. Wir haben die Villa aufgrund der Bilder gebucht – und was wir vorgefunden haben, war noch viel schöner. Petra war mehr als nur eine freundliche Gastgeberin – sie war wie eine enge Freundin, an die wir uns bei jeder Kleinigkeit wenden konnten. Worte reichen nicht aus, um unsere Dankbarkeit für alles, was sie für uns getan hat, auszudrücken. Die Villa ist traumhaft und bietet mehr, als man erwartet – perfekt für Familien, um sie in Ruhe und Privatsphäre zu genießen. Marina ist eine ruhige Stadt, mit allem was man braucht, und nur eine halbe Stunde mit dem Auto von Split entfernt. Wir empfehlen sie von ganzem Herzen und mit bestem Gewissen weiter und hoffen, die Reise bei jeder sich bietenden Gelegenheit zu wiederholen.

Had a great stay there!

Amazing place! So peaceful in the mornings to just sit on terrace and drink coffee. Sauna was amazing and walkable to the sea! Restaurants nearby are also delicious - 4 mins drive. Thea was super responsive and very helpful. We loved staying there and can't wait to go back!

Stop looking and book this property! We regularly use Airbnb and this is definitely at the top of our list of places we have visited. The property is exactly as pictured, clean, fresh, spacious and modern, but the view is even better than you can imagine! The property is well appointed, with everything you'll need for your stay. The beds are super comfortable, bathrooms clean and fresh and the downstairs kitchen/living/diner is much bigger that it looks online. Petar was a fab host, he helped us with directions to the property when we arrived late at night, left us snacks after our journey and was on hand throughout with recommendations and help whenever we needed it. The surrounding area is fab too, nice and quiet, beautiful and with an amazing restaurant a short walk away. We can't recommend this place enough.

Wonderful stay, Deni is the most attentive airBnb host I have ever had (she even drove us to her favourite butcher and pointed out all her families favourite meat). The villa is beautiful and well located. You can walk to two different supermarkets, they're very small but they had all the bits we needed to top up on our butchers trip. Deni recommended the local beach (less than 5 minutes walk) with Moody's beach bar which is open from early till late and sells very good priced drinks. Also a 5 minute walk away are 4 or 5 restaurants, we are pizza at the blue Mediterranean restaurant and had amazing meat and seafood at Ribar. We were a bit apprehensive because we've never been away without hiring a car before but Uber and Bolt were so regular it wasn't an issue. We also used the bus from the bottom of the drive that takes you to Trogir (although this was actually more expensive than an Uber) A fabulous stay for all our group

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus war einfach fantastisch! Das Haus war makellos sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und bot alles, was wir brauchten. Der Pool war ein absolutes Highlight – perfekt, um sich nach einem Tag voller Erkundungen zu entspannen. Der Blick auf die Berge war atemberaubend und sorgte für eine herrliche Atmosphäre. Mit dem Fahrrad war der Strand schnell erreichbar, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal für alle, die Ruhe suchen, aber dennoch in der Nähe von Strand und Natur sein möchten. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Luka war super freundlich & hilfsbereit. Es war eine herzliche Begrüßung und er hat uns eine gute Einweisung zum Haus und der Umgebung gegeben. Die Villa ist bestens ausgestattet, alles war sauber. Auch der riesige Garten mit dem Pool war optimal für eine größere Gruppe. Nur zwei der drei Schlafzimmer sind etwas kleiner als erwartet. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen:)

We had a lovely week here. the pool was really well appointed and got the sun all day. The bed was extremely comfortable. it's a very peaceful area and quite rural and so a car is definitely needed.

Das Haus und vor allem die Aussicht waren noch schöner als auf den Bildern und wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen! Der eigene Strandzugang ist wirklich ein Highlight und hat einen tollen, großen Steg aus Holz, auf dem man auch mit 10 Personen super Platz hat! Die Gastgeberin hat sich so gut um uns gekümmert und stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite! Wir hatten sogar die Möglichkeit SUPs zu leihen (gegen Gebühr), was auch eine super Erfahrung war, da die Bucht sehr ruhig ist und kaum Wellen hat!

Igor nagyon kedves, figyelmes házigazda. Érkezéskor finom füge várt minket. Fantasztikusan éreztük magunkat ezen a szép helyen. A kert és a medence hatalmas és nagyon tiszta. Imádtuk a medencét és az árnyékos teraszon a különböző játékokat (csocsó, biliárd, pingpong). A ház is tiszta és jól felszerelt. A tetőteraszról csodás a panoráma a környező hegyekre. Trogir és Brodarica 35 perc alatt elérhető.
