The best Airbnb I have ever stayed in!! Everything in the apartment is perfect! Location is amazing, you have everything you could need within a 5-minute walk. 7/11s, great Thai food open late, other restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The apartment is big, as modern as can be, and so clean. Very comfortable, great beds, big showers with perfect water pressure, lightning-fast WiFi, multiple TVs, comfortable couch, big living room with great dining room table, a desk, big closets, perfect washing machine, chairs, etc. The balcony is great with a nice view. The air condition is central throughout the whole apartment - you can set it to the exact temperature that you want! It is a quiet building, you won't hear any neighbors. The building is great too - security guards very nice. The host is great and responds and helps very quick. The cleaning lady is amazing, made for a great check-in and she was very helpful. It does not get any better than this, I highly recommend you book this Airbnb!!!

Absolutely gorgeous appartment in Bangkok, we were there only 2 nights and it was not enough because we could literally live there. Everything seems brand new and is perfectly clean. The room and private patio are so confortable that we relaxed there during our 2 days of stay instead of visiting the city. Sasimanas and her parents are amazing hosts, they are welcoming, proactive and helpful, they allowed us to early and late check-in. We definitely recommend the Banana tree garden to anyone who want to stay in Bangkok away from the crowd.

Un accueil chaleureux, TT et ses co hôtes sont toujours disponibles pour les questions et répondent très rapidement ! Le logement correspond aux photos, c'est petit et cozy, très bien situé. J'ai pu laisser mon bagage le jour du check out au restaurant, ce qui m'a permis de finir mes visites l'esprit tranquille. Je reviendrai sans problème !

Me alojé un mes en esta casa y fue mi mejor elección. Recomiendo este lugar, es cómodo, práctico y todo funciona correctamente . La cocina está muy bien equipada . Este lugar cuenta con dos plus que suman y hacen la diferencia tiene lavadora en el balcón y cuenta con un seven eleven casi dentro del edificio que es de gran utilidad . Trabajo de manera remota y el internet es muy bueno y también tiene una silla confortable para poder trabajar . Sirichol ha sido muy amable y ha estado atenta a nuestra estadía ,fue clara con las indicaciones y recomendaciones , una persona muy profesional . Hay muchas cosas para hacer y es un buen punto estratégico para moverte a los puntos turísticos importantes de Bangkok.Ademas tiene la línea del metro a una cuadra y media de distancia . El personal de edificio es realmente amable y siempre te reciben con una sonrisa .Seguramente me hospedaría nuevamente en su casa si regreso a Bangkok .Gracias por una estadía perfecta!!!

Excellent accommodation. Exactly as described with great amenities and well air conditioned. The hosts were excellent and responsive and helped us with our queries. The location was great and taxis super cheap to get around - it avoided the super busy streets whilst keeping a good distance from them. Thank you so much!

Fantastic stay at Pool8 Villa! The villa was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. We loved the private pool and peaceful atmosphere. The host was super responsive and made our stay easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend for a relaxing gateway.

Very great place to stay and it’s very comfortable and there’s plenty of grocery store nearby (7-11) I did in that the place is very clean and it’s very comfortable for us to stay the house is big and the owner give us very clear instruction to enter the door recommended you guys to stay in this homestay and if I comes to Bangkok agian, I will choose this homestay agian!

We enjoyed our second stay here very much. The house is so sweet and watching life on the water was very relaxing after our days exploring Bangkok. We used the boats as public transport, which I highly recommend! The neighbourhood is lovely and the cafes nearby are excellent. I'm so glad we were able to experience this very special part of Bangkok.

Jenny’s place is extremely spacious. Lots of bathrooms, plenty of space, smoking area, private parking. It’s also a heaven for stair lovers😉. Jenny has been of great help - replying instantly and yummy breakfasts that were delivered to us each morning made us feel very welcomed. Thank you Jenny. Wishing you all the best.

It's the first time I am bringing all my staffs to Bangkok for company trip. And everyone was extremely worried due to earthquake happened during our trip. However, Tak is a nice and helpful host, who ensure us the safety of us traveling during this shocked period and offering helps if needed. Besides that, the location of this property is very convenient, centralised and easily reachable to many eateries, convenient shops and shopping malls. It is walking distance to platinum mall, central world, Big C, BTS and etc. It is highly recommended for family vacation stay with kids or group travellers.

Everything was completely as expected. All the appliances worked, the rooms were clean and as stated in the description. I fell in love with the house everytime we came back to there. For people with a problem with some critters, please be aware that the house is ground level and some visitors are to be expected. We stayed for a longer period of time and Jojo offered that a cleaning crew come in too clean while we were staying there. Communication with Jojo was 12/10, we had an issue with the safe and he immediately reacted. We could not have wished for a better host. Will recommend to friends and will come again.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement dans la résidence The Room à Lad Phrao. Accès facile et rapide aux transports en commun. La salle de bain aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement et les rideaux occultants n'occultent pas... La seconde chambre est une chambre aveugle. La piscine de la résidence est absolument somptueuse. Un endroit à recommander.

I stayed a few days after the quake and life was pretty normal. No cracks on walls or building but Garden cordoned off as well as the roof top pool. No biggie. Hope it’s re-opened next time. Super easy walk to MRT and secure, cozy, private apartment with amenities on the ground floor. There were a few more rules noted in the flat e.g. smoking weed carries an enormous fine which should be made clear online but again, no biggie. It was a lovely place to unwind after exploring

The host was very responsive and friendly, making communication easy and smooth. The location is amazing, just a short walk to the BTS, which made getting around super convenient. Plus, having a 7-11 right underneath the building was a huge bonus. The place was perfect for our stay!

The condo is very cozy and bright. We lived for more than a month and everything was wonderful. Everything is clean, new furniture. The condo is suitable for long term, we felt at home. We will definitely come back. The best and most comfortable place we stayed in our long trip 🤍🤍🤍

For future stays, it would be great to have a kettle in the kitchen for making tea or coffee, and a small foot towel in the bathroom would be a thoughtful addition. Benny was outstanding and very helpful. The pool which I used twice during my 5 days was great. Great views especially at night. I used the kitchen everything fine there. Air Con strong. Room nicely decorated but room to do some work on laptop and convivence stores and 7-11 across the street. Overall, very nice stay in a Thai part of Bangkok next to River. Purple line to go to downtown like ICONSIAM shopping center and see some fantastic shops and sites downtown. Or just refer to the board on the wall in your room that Benny has showing top Bangkok events and how to go. I have a very nice stay and would stay here again. Great service, clean safe place larger than I thought and great views good amenities.

송크란에 맞춰 묵었던 숙소인데 가격대비 룸컨디션이 너무 좋아 매우 맘에 들었습니다. 내부는 흠잡을데 없이 깔끔했고 청결했으며 직원들도 친절했습니다. 다음에 또 방콕에 방문한다면 다시 머무르고 싶습니다.
