We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Del Mar. It has a beautiful private ocean front setting. We loved having breakfast on the terrace with the ocean in front of us. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful with excellent recommendations. The unit was clean and comfortable, and we had every amenity we needed. This part of PR is not heavily touristed, and we experienced a small slice of local life. There are parks within driving distance, and many fish and seafood restaurants nearby. We highly recommend a stay at La Vista Del Mar. Thank you, Jim and Teresa for your warm hospitality.

The place was clean, beautiful, and very peaceful. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family. It was truly a relaxing, beautifully and joyous atmosphere of the beach and nature.

Recomendado al 100% estuve dos semanas con mi mujer y Hijo. Host super atentos y amigables. En el mismo centro de arroyo. Todas las comodidas y una terraza para disfrutar el atardecer despues de pasar el dia en la playa. Balneario de Punta aguillarte a 1.2 millas.

Lugar perfecto para rejalarse. Muy accesible para llegar al lugar y todo muy limpio.

Absolutely beautiful gem in Guayama. Manuel was a very gracious host and I absolutely loved my stay. Super comfy bed and beautiful outdoor space for relaxing and enjoy the beautiful Guayama weather!

We came to Nilda’s place to celebrate our anniversary and get some R & R. And that is exactly what we got and soooo much more! First & foremost, Nilda was THE BEST host - and I have stayed in ALOT of places. It was like staying with a family member. She warmly greeted us on the beach with a beverage, had the room decorated for our anniv, had a gift for us AND Puerto Rican coffee as she knew how much we love our coffee ☕️!! And cold drinks in the fridge. She gave us tons of local recommendations! The space was small, but has all you need. And if I did need anything, she was so responsive & took care of it asap! But the location!!! RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!!!!! Literally. Now this is a real beach. Not a well manicured, white sand beach but a beautiful REAL PR beach and just what we needed This was the best week we have had in a long time … the weather, the location and most importantly NILDA!! The property was beautiful and Jim and Teresa were wonderful hosts. The sound of the waves, the view and the space were amazing. The sound of the Coqui frogs and the waves at night lulled us to sleep. It was a wonderful trip.

Hermoso lugar, lo recomiendo al 100%. El anfitrión es súper amigable y el área está muy limpia. Olía fantástico. Sin duda alguna volveremos. Si se hospedan ahí no duden en probar el mofongo del restaurante del lado (Calixtos) riquísimo!!!❤️

Todo quedó bellísimo! El lugar superó nuestras expectativas, estaba limpio, bien decorado y con todos los detalles cuidados. Nos sentimos súper cómodos y el ambiente fue perfecto para relajarnos. ¡Definitivamente lo recomendaría y volvería sin pensarlo!

Jesús was an excellent host—always available and quick to answer our questions, making us feel welcome from the very beginning. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: full of natural light, spotlessly clean, and with a beautiful view. The location was peaceful, perfect for relaxing, yet close enough to everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Comfortable and cozy place. Right in front of the pool and jacuzzi. Walking distance to the beach. Good communication with the host.
