Modern, cosy completely self-contained annex with use of front garden and summer house. Sleeps 4 with kingsize bed upstairs on a mezzanine and pull out double sofa bed downstairs. Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and clothes line for use by the parking space. Self check-in with key-box. Large, modern bathroom with heated towel rail and electric shower. Ideal location for walking and cycling. Only 5 minutes drive to Peppa Pig World and 25 minutes to the beautiful coast and beaches.

Forest’s Edge - Ashurst

This self contained guesthouse is perfect for escapes to the New Forest. Situated in the New Forest National Park 'Forest’s Edge' is great for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. Our guesthouse is very comfortable with a sofa, arm chair, king size bed, bunk bed & trundle in one room. There is a separate kitchen & separate shower room with toilet & basin. The garden is huge with lots of seating. We welcome dogs & we are close to Peppa Pig (Paultons Park) and the beach. Cats not allowed.

Abbey Water Rooms, in the heart of Romsey, overlooks a tributary of the River Test and has views towards Romsey Abbey. Shops, cafes and local attractions are within 2 minutes walk. In a self contained annexe the accommodation consists of: Ground floor- sitting room or 2nd bedroom ( Queen bed) and shower room. First floor - staircase to small landing with kitchenette and basin, main bedroom (King bed) and Smart TV. Tea, coffee and cereal is included and there is off road parking.

One bedroom, lounge with 2 leather sofas, small fold out double bed ( suitable for children only) and small kitchenette. Kettle, microwave, toaster and fridge and small freezer compartment, air fryer. Family friendly annexe, leather sofas, grey carpets, games and books, overlooking farm with real animals and at certain times of the year noisy sheep and cows!! 10 mins drive to Peppa pig world, easy access mottisfont NT, New Forest and Winchester. Free parking - private driveway

Oak Lodge - Headlands farm

Oak Lodge is our largest Lakeside Lodge perfect for families of 4, couples wanting that extra bit of space or mixed groups. The outside decking (child friendly!) is simply fantastic, floating high above our lakes with stunning views across the water and beyond... you won’t want to go inside! With open plan kitchen, diner & lounge and patio doors to the decking area, it’s a fantastic communal space. The fire pit / bar-b-que and lawn area is also just out the front ready to go!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish 2 Bedroom flat with courtyard. 5 minutes from the stunning New forest, 8 minutes from Southampton city centre, 25 minutes from the beautiful coastline and 12 minutes from Peppa Pig world! 2 double bedrooms with a modern kitchen and bathroom. There’s a park and an open space only a 3 minute walk away and has a beautiful board walk around the waterfront of the scenic location of Eling which has the oldest working tide mill in the country.

Luxury and peaceful property with hot tub set in tranquil & secluded countryside on the Hampshire/Wiltshire border, just minutes from the New Forest National Park. It can accommodate 7 people (plus 1 on a single sofa bed) in 3 delightful bedrooms. The living area is a light & generous open plan lounge/dining/kitchen space which is the perfect place to entertain, relax & unwind with family & friends. Enjoys views of farmland & the associated wildlife. NB: No pets allowed.

Home with view over our Small holding

We would like to invite you to our working small holding on the edge of the New Forest. The accommodation we are offering was our home and one we grew to love dearly though sun and snow. It’s comfortable and has everything you need for a getaway. Self contained, warm and light. Close to M27 easy access to many attractions. You will be within walking distance to the local pub, store and Paultons Park,Peppa pig. Please note the accommodation sleeps 4 this includes infants.

Peaceful annex in walking distance to the forest

Light and cosy self-contained annex is located down a quiet street close to the New Forest. A five minute walk will take you to the forest where you will often meet New Forest ponies and cows. There are also plenty of local pubs in close proximity and a local shop. There is plenty to do such as walks and bike rides in the forest, shopping trips in Lyndhurst. For families and little ones, it’s less than 15 minutes drive to Paultons Park where you find Peppa Pig World.

Cottage in New Forest sleeps 4.

The Cottage is detached and on one level, open plan lounge and dining area with fully equipped kitchenette. Main bedroom has kingsize bed with tv and second bedroom has 2 adult single beds. This cosy space has ample private parking outside the cottage Half a mile walk will lead you further into the forest Paultons park - 10 mins drive New forest wildlife park - 12 mins drive Long down dairy farm 10 mins drive Southampton- 10 mins drive Bournemouth- 30 mins drive
