Pros: The location was awesome Peaceful Property was clean The host kartikey was amazing Good communication and collaboration Food was amazing Hosting top level Wifi was good Cons: For Elderly people especially having joint or leg problem - I wont recommend this property since the path/route to the property is quite tricky. The property is 200 m downhill from the main road parking area. Overall , we had a wonderful stay( top notch view) and the Host Kartikey was amazing and made sure we don’t face any challenges. Edwin’s place was a great find—well-appointed, clean, peaceful and picturesque. The staff—primarily SURAJ—were invaluable and unfailingly attentive. The on-site meals were exquisite, I highly recommend the stay.

Beautiful stay for family stay if you are looking for peaceful stay surrounded by nature away from crowd. Rooms are spacious, house is equipped with all necessary amenities. Vinita (care taker) is very polite and welcoming , you can reachout to her at any time for your needs. The place is self check-in and make you feel at home.

The Place was just like home . She has provided us the all the details about the near by restaurant n all the happenings cafe in Rishikesh. In her house all the facilities were already given to us. Really appreciate the basic masala was given in the kitchen n oil n tea n sugar as we have 2 yrs baby with us. Beautiful home !

Recently i visited Rishikesh with my family and we opted to stay at The Happy Avenue II. The place is right on the spot with many eateries around and within walkable distance. Its close to Lakshman Jhula and despite heavy inflow of tourist and jammed roads, we easily got an autorikshaw for reaching Ram Jhula and Parmarth Niketan for Ganga Arti. The accommodation was very well setup and clean. Rooms are spacious and have all amenities that you want… one thing to note that the location is within the market and during weekends it becomes very crowded and difficult to locate the entry of apartment…So you need to be extra careful and watching out for the entry Gate… The house help was always responsive and helpful…Overall we had a comfortable stay

We stayed at Mala's cottage for a week, and it was a lovely experience! Mala was very responsive with sharing details about the place and answering all my questions patiently. And her recommendations of things to do and places to eat were super helpful. The cottage itself is dreamy - perched on a mountain side with tall trees all around, and sweeping views of the Mussoorie and the valley beyond. The location is fantastic, just a 5 min walk up to Char Dukaan. And the interiors exude coziness and serenity, especially the 5 window loungers across the periphery of the cottage. The amenities and furnishings are not quite modern, but functional and homely enough. We worked for a few days from the cottage, with a lot of video calls, and the WiFi was smooth throughout. The wardrobe space was limited though, and could be improved. Finally, Hansi (the caretaker), made our stay extra special - always available for any needs. She cooks excellent North Indian food, and her ginger tea was bliss!

It was such a beautiful property at such a prestine location. The view from our private balcony was just outstanding. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Our host Sandeep bhai made us feel right at home. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we loved our time here. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a chill, luxurious and comfortable stay.
